The bathroom was previously closed in and had a large tub off the door. Making this a glass stand up shower, left the space brighter and more spacious. Other tricks like the wall mount faucet and light finishes add to the open clean feel.

Our main focus in this beautiful beach-front Malibu home was the view. Keeping all interior furnishing at a low profile so that your eye stays focused on the crystal blue Pacific. Adding natural furs and playful colors to the homes neutral palate kept the space warm and cozy. Plants and trees helped complete the space and allowed “life” to flow inside and out. For the exterior furnishings we chose natural teak and neutral colors, but added pops of orange to contrast against the bright blue skyline.
This master bedroom in Malibu, CA is open and light. Wall to wall sliding doors gives the owner a perfect morning. A custom Poliform bed was made in dark chocolate leather paired with custom leather nightstands. The fire place is 2 sided which gives warmth to the bedroom and the bathroom. A low profile bed was requested by the client.

Classic Meets Modern: Elegant Bathroom in Dark Textures in Washington, D.C.
This bathroom renovation, completed by Fineline Kitchens in Washington, D.C., is a perfect blend of contemporary and transitional design. The space features rich, dark tiles that provide a bold and modern contrast to the clean, minimalist lines of the room. Natural light from the window softens the overall look, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The design seamlessly merges modern aesthetics with timeless touches, such as the elegant freestanding tub, delivering a luxurious and refined bathroom retreat.
Every element, from the sleek fixtures to the carefully chosen materials, reflects a harmonious balance between classic charm and contemporary sophistication, making this bathroom both functional and visually striking.

The plank tile floors are set over an infloor heating system. The tiles were laid in a herringbone pattern and dark grout was used to bring in a feeling of history to this space. Then by playing with the dividers in the built in bookcases and keeping very clean lines on the windows they style of the basement feels like a modern update on a classic style.
