Re-did my daughter's bedroom using pale pinks. My own artwork (India ink, abstract painting with gold leaf). Everything on a budget .. Made the headboard from Indian carved wood panels. Also made the wood beaded curtain. I replaced the clear crystals on the chandelier with pink quartz stones and rosary beads. Used an Indian carved wood medallion as the ceiling medallion. Hand-painted the corner wall with a delicate Mehndi bridal design.

Sweet teen bedroom with a soft color palette of neutrals and pink. Although I know a lot of adults that would love to have this room too. The overall vibe is boho chic, but we did manage to put in a few bold details such as the strip walls and the neon sign. The bold striped walls accent the delicate wood work and soft colors beautifully. It's a wonderful balance of soft and strong.

We’re enthusiastic proponents of taking big chances in small rooms. A bold design choice won’t be overwhelming in tiny doses, so why take the safe route of a white kitchen when you can have soft blush? This NYC galley kitchen sports Farrow and Ball’s “Calamine” in a velvety matte sheen. The delicate hue is grounded by honed black granite countertops and a black range. Though the pink and black scheme may be reminiscent of 50’s-era bathroom tiles, there’s nothing retro about this space. Frameless full-overlay cabinets maximize interior storage capacity, and the stepped Shaker doors lend contemporary flair. Continuity is maintained by the paneled appliances. Streamlined knobs and pulls feature a brushed gold finish. To temper both the pink and black, a white geometric backsplash tiles were selected; the white metal hood virtually disappears against them. A cozy window seat with a wide drawer below is a focal point in the room; it’s flanked by custom cabinets that extend down to the seat and combine open and closed storage. The surprise element is the pop of thick natural white oak display shelves over the sink. The whole look is completed with metal dome pendants, spray painted to match the cabinetry. This gorgeous and feminine pastel nursery was such a treat to work on. The floral wallpaper feature wall became the starting point for entire design. We chose to just use wallpaper on one accent wall to keep it from overwhelming the space. This room is medium in size and with just one window it's was important to keep the space bright with spacious feel. Opting for a white base in the wallpaper really helps keep the room have a light and airy feel. The other walls are painted in a sophisticated subtle light gray and it really makes that wallpaper stand out. The delicate print of the wallpaper incorporates lots of tones from the pink color family. That allowed for us to pull a bunch of different accents colors corals, peach, blush and different shades of pink - even a blush mauve into the other details of the room. All coming together in the wallpaper. A little glam was added with the mirrored gold name and the gold repeats with the side table. This perfectly charming bedroom features a fantastic rose ombre wall that fades from dark to light.
