What started as a pleasant interaction to plan and execute our kitchen remodel has turned into the worst customer service experience ever. Our one concern in selecting a cabinet company was the timeline. We needed this kitchen competed by the end of August. We were assured by Bilotta that we had a great timeline and could have the cabinets delivered mid August. We went with bilotta for this reason over other quotes we got. From then on it was just SOOOO many lies. First we got a delivery date for August 20 ( I guess that’s mid August). Then they moved it back to the 25th without our approval. Then they tell us the 25th isn’t a delivery date it’s a ship date and they can’t tell us how long it will take to arrive. Then a week before it’s supposed to install they call to push us back by another week. We literally planned our whole summer ( including delaying a vacation )and many other vendors around this timeline only to have them continually lie about the dates and push them back. We still don’t have our kitchen but for how much we paid for it, this is completely inexcusable customer service. They are not at all accountable for what they sell and blame everything on their “cabinet vendor” and claim to have “no control”. We will never work with them again and will be sure to steer everyone we know away.

All the staff is cooperative, professional work . They managed to complete the work on given time period! I was so much excited to see the new look of my kitchen this guys did the job perfectly I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family!

Worked with Jeni Spaeth from the design to the appliance selection. She is an excellent communicator and was able to take the architectural plans that were made outside her firm and incorporate them into the design of the kitchen. She understood the look and feel we wanted and was able to complete the plan to perfection.

We love our Bilotta kitchen. We love its design, its color, the quality of the materials used in it and the seamless way it functions. We also loved to interact Bilotta people. Professional, patient and hard working people. Our kitchen was delivered on time with minimal glitches. It was assembled by an expert who was very responsive and who exactly knew wheat he was doing. our couple of additional requests even after the completion of the kitchen were met with sympathy and taken care of. For us a kitchen was a long term investment for the most important part of our home and we feel we reached a perfect balance between beauty, functionality, quality, service and price. We highly recommend Bilotta kitchens to everyone who think that home cooking is important.

The Bilotta Kitchen professionals are amazing. Their artistry and craftsmanship came together into a kitchen design that is stunningly beautiful, a pleasure to use, and has top notch cabinetry. They also did an excellent job with my bathrooms, mudroom and laundry room.

We chose Bilotta Kitchens on a recommendation from a family member and we are very pleased with the final results. in particular, our Bilotta decorator, Danielle Florie, was a tremendous help with renovating our two bathrooms. She came to our home several times, recommended a great contractor, and guided us through the design of our bathrooms and the selection of our vanities, tile, lighting, hardware, paint colors and more. She respected our timeline and the budget we presented. We were very pleased with the variety of styles to choose from at the Bilotta showroom and the full-service quality we received from Danielle and the rest of the staff. They have our full recommendation.

I worked with Bilotta and their rep, Danielle Florie, after my kitchen sustained water damage and several of my custom cabinets were ruined. The service was top flight! Danielle even took a piece of the old cabinetry to the fabricator so the color matched exactly (the color had been discontinued since the cabinets had been originally installed). I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough! The cabinets came in, at estimate, and were installed within one day of delivery even though it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

I love my kitchen. Working with Danielle Florie and Bilotta was such a great experience. Danielle took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the whole process. We discussed everything from the layout to the knobs and handles. Daniele has an amazing sense of style, and she was sensitive to my budget. I get so many compliments on my new kitchen, plus it works as beautifully as it looks!
