Worked with Jeni Spaeth from the design to the appliance selection. She is an excellent communicator and was able to take the architectural plans that were made outside her firm and incorporate them into the design of the kitchen. She understood the look and feel we wanted and was able to complete the plan to perfection.

The Bilotta Kitchen professionals are amazing. Their artistry and craftsmanship came together into a kitchen design that is stunningly beautiful, a pleasure to use, and has top notch cabinetry. They also did an excellent job with my bathrooms, mudroom and laundry room.

We chose Bilotta Kitchens on a recommendation from a family member and we are very pleased with the final results. in particular, our Bilotta decorator, Danielle Florie, was a tremendous help with renovating our two bathrooms. She came to our home several times, recommended a great contractor, and guided us through the design of our bathrooms and the selection of our vanities, tile, lighting, hardware, paint colors and more. She respected our timeline and the budget we presented. We were very pleased with the variety of styles to choose from at the Bilotta showroom and the full-service quality we received from Danielle and the rest of the staff. I worked with Bilotta and their rep, Danielle Florie, after my kitchen sustained water damage and several of my custom cabinets were ruined. The service was top flight! Danielle even took a piece of the old cabinetry to the fabricator so the color matched exactly (the color had been discontinued since the cabinets had been originally installed). I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough! The cabinets came in, at estimate, and were installed within one day of delivery even though it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

I love my kitchen. Working with Danielle Florie and Bilotta was such a great experience. Danielle took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the whole process. We discussed everything from the layout to the knobs and handles. Daniele has an amazing sense of style, and she was sensitive to my budget. She was as lovely as she was talented. Efficient, organized and quick, Tabitha orchestrated everything. Each person I dealt with was professional, responsive and got it done. They were very open to collaborating and Tabitha was super great at interpreting my ideas into something that was on budget, timeless and exactly what I wanted. They were very exacting with their timing and delivered a beautiful final project that was actually a pleasure every step of the way.

I had such a great experience with Tabitha designing my kitchen and laundry room. I was undergoing an extensive gut renovation- combining 2 duplex apartments to make a 3 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights. She was a great listener and was able to create a space that i never could have envisioned. Tabitha was easy to get in touch with and pleasant throughout the entire project. The high quality Bilotta finishings will clearly help distinguish my apartment from the other apartments in my condo building.

Randy is very easy to work with and her keen eye for design and usage of space transformed our out dated “boxy” kitchen into a sprawling “Greatroom” that enhanced our home beautifully. The new space is fresh and current. The kitchen is very workable and well thought-out with the long rectangular island and full height to ceiling cabinets. Randy kept us on track picking out everything from appliances to knobs so by the time construction began everything moved along quickly. As with any project bumps do happen but Randy was quickly on top of any problem, had it promptly resolved, and kept the project on point. We are very happy with our new kitchen space and we have had many compliments from friends and family praising the look and design of our new kitchen.

Danielle our designer was extremely helpful in selecting the cabinets and finishes. She has a great sense of style and did not push the most expensive lines. She was very responsive to all of our requests and had great insights. Everything came out beautiful!

We did a guy renovation of our kitchen including moving walls and appliances. Goran from Bilotta was so patient and helpful in the process as I took my time figuring out what I wanted. The end result is gorgeous. I cook a lot so it also had to be very functional, and I am totally satisfied.

I have done two projects over the past ten years, a master bath renovation and, this summer, my kitchen. Randy O’Kane of Bilotta designed both projects and we are delighted with results. My ten year old Bilotta bath cabinets look and perform as well as my new kitchen cabinets. The quality is great. Randy turned my ideas in to wonderful reality. I have a small kitchen. Randy found ways to create so much storage. She is the ultimate professional, guiding the project through to an on time completion this September. I look forward to doing another project with Bilotta and Randy.

I have been very fortunate to have been able to work with Danielle & Marie at Bilotta Kitchens. We did a total renovation of a kitchen in a pre-war apartment building in New York City. We expanded the size of the kitchen, incorporating what was a small bedroom adjacent to the original kitchen. Rita Luisa Garces from Bilotta Kitchens did a fantastic job designing this new kitchen. It is truly beautiful but also incredibly functional. The cabinets have amazing storage capacity and are designed to utilize every inch of space. There are floating shelves to display my pottery collection and a lovely window seat and small table to eat at. Rita helped me in making such good decisions regarding layout and materials. Everyone who sees my kitchen is amazed and jealous!

Bilotta Kitchens provided top-notch, professional service throughout the process of gutting, redesigning and installing my new kitchen in Pittsburgh. Tabitha Tepe, my dedicated designer, has excellent style and ideas that were reflected in the final design. She was incredibly responsive and flexible, in spite of a 13-hour time zone difference between the East Coast and Korea, my residence during the process. Tabitha also demonstrated her great problem-solving skills when I accidentally ordered the wrong refrigerator; Tabitha was able to offer me several options to resolve the situation. She has extensive product knowledge that was instrumental in helping me to select a microwave that fit my space. Overall, a great experience -- I strongly endorse Tabitha & Bilotta Kitchens!

Danielle Florie was so knowledgeable and helpful to us. She guided me through every facet of my kitchen design - cabinets, granite, tiles, appliances, lighting. I came to her with many questions and she helped me with every one. She was never too busy, never pushed me (which I like!!) and was always available and delightful to work with. I am an interior designer with over 30 years experience, with many 'repeat' clients. I work transparently, value relationships and most of all LISTEN to my clients needs. I worked on two major/complete kitchen renovations last year and trusted Bilotta to create dream kitchens for my clients. I worked with Aston, who really knows her product, is extremely responsive and helped coordinate the many 'moving parts'. The end results are specular. (I need to take pictures!) Paula is the best. She's professional, easy to work with, and she provided excellent customer service throughout. We ended up not going with Bilotta because I picked a different line of cabinetry than the brands the company carries, but from my experience I'd still highly recommend this place and I would've hired Paula to be our KD in a heart beat.

Bilotta Kitchens did an amazing job with our new kitchen. We worked with Paula Greer from start to finish and her professionalism, expertise and creativity were what made this process easy and allowed the finished project to be a true showpiece. Paula worked directly with our architect and contractor whenever needed and designed a kitchen that is is both functional and beautiful. She took all our desires and needs into account and worked with us over several in-showroom and on-site meetings, She traveled to many different locations with us looking for many of the different materials we needed (the perfect countertops, backsplash, etc..). This was a large project with many moving parts and Paula handling everything with ease. Next up is the master bath and both Paula and Bilotta will be a part of it!!

Bilotta was very helpful in thinking through from start to finish -- from planning out the kitchen space all the way through to instillation. We worked with Tabitha and she was practical, responsive, and adaptable. They also were more affordable than some of their competitors, but didn't seem to be a step down in any way.

I worked with Rita at Bilotta Kitchens and she made the whole process very seamless. She was an AMAZING project manager which is why I think my projects with Bilotta Kitchens wasn't so stressful. She not only designed the most amazing kitchen extension (my apartment was already furnished with Bilotta Kitchens, but I wanted a built-in china cabinet with more marble counter space), she designed my dry bar in my living room. I will ABSOLUTELY work with her again in our future vacation homes and will only refer Bilotta to my other friends. I will update this review with my pictures.

Bilotta's kitchen is amazing. Jeff helped me design and create a city kitchen with more storage than I even need. Everything has a place and looks beautiful too! I would definitely recommend Bilotta's workmanship and definitely recommend Jeff to help you make the kitchen of your dreams!

Tabitha from Bilotta planned our kitchen renovation and executed the cabinet installation flawlessly! Bilotta's " house brand" cabinets are very high quality and look great! Bilotta's installer was a perfectionist ! NYC renovations can be a nightmare, but Bilotta and Tabitha were truly a pleasure to work with!

I worked with Peter Bittner on a new kitchen and custom cabinets for my basement. Peter was excellent! We were very specific with what we wanted and Peter guided us all the way. I respected his opinion because he was not pushy, rather very wise. We used Bilotta's installer Chris, who was methodical, he always showed up on time and was always very pleasant. Peter recommended the contractor, Larry Stephens, who was excellent. Peter coordinated timing and referred us to all of the vendors we used. He even ran interference for us when there was a problem with one of our appliances; that expedited the solution. Even after the job had commenced Peter would come by and check that everything was moving smoothly. Peter was the best! After several months living with the new kitchen there is not one specification I would change, that means the planning and quality of the Bilotta kitchen was perfect.

Paulette Gambacorta in the Mt. Kisco showroom is talented, thorough and patient. Her knowledge of the products available from Bilotta Kitchens is extensive. We have just completed our 2nd kitchen with Paulette, since we just moved to a new home and wanted to redo the kitchen and master bathroom. Both turned out terrific and the quality of the Brookhaven cabinets and the installation by CLC Kitchens and Baths both receive very high marks from us!

Amazing kitchen designers & cabinetry. We hired Bilotta after visiting their beautiful showroom and could not be more pleased with our kitchen project from start to finish. The new kitchen completely transformed our apartment, being beautiful and functional. It was our first New York renovation, and it only went smoothly. What we liked about Bilotta, is that they assisted with the overall design of the kitchen. It is not just a cabinetry company. They will visit your space, provide suggestions, and design. In addition, they will connect you will the appliance retailers and coordinate the stone countertops. Fantastic full service kitchen design firm!

Paula Greer was our designer and became much more than that on our 1850's kitchen renovation ~ she was an amazing creative pro but was also willing to work with the myriad of ideas that we as artists hoped to realize in our new space in our historic home. I would highly recommend Bilotta if you're looking for an original, fresh and lovely take on home reno.

Our project was a complete design of a new kitchen in our vacation home. We had made some preliminary design drawings of the space ourselves. Working with Paulette, who incorporated our plans, and seeing kitchen layouts at the showroom, we came up with a plan that was just right. Timing of cabinet completion and installation was critical in order to mesh with our overall renovation project and for ordering appliances, countertops and sinks. Paulette was helpful in suggesting additions and substitutions to the layout, giving us a much more functional and efficient kitchen plan.

From start to finish, working with Bilotta Kitchens was a pleasure. Our designer, Fabrice Garson, was exceptional. He was always available to us, and once the project was started, he was on site at least once a day. The company is professional and their work is beautiful! I have to pinch myself daily when I am working in my dream kitchen!

We had a first rate experience with our kitchen project which we entrusted to Bilotta Kitchens.This project was twenty years in the making and we had a lot of very specific features that we wanted and a limited amount of space. Paulette Gambacorta, our designer, offered excellent suggestions. She is a true professional, with extensive experience in the field, including being a woodworker herself! She was endlessly patient with us and all her ideas made the kitchen so much better in the end! From order to installation,every step of the way, the project proceeded smoothly. The cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule and when installed, they fit perfectly. Everything was within a fraction of an inch. She worked great with our general contractor and all the work was well coordinated. I will also add that Paulette was respectful of our budget as well. We love cooking and entertaining in our new kitchen.

We hired Bilotta to design our dream kitchen. The entire design team paid attention to every detail of our wish list, made site visits when necessary, and prepared numerous plans until we felt the final drawings were what we wanted. Although production took longer than we had hoped, they delivered an awesome product which has the functionality we had wished for and the look we always wanted. We could not be happier!

I redid my entire kitchen and did months of research before deciding on Bilotta Kitchens. I went to seven other companies to compare price, quality and design. Bilotta and their designer, Danielle Florie, came out on top. My kitchen is quite large and rectangular shaped ( approximately 30' X 13'). However, the width always made our prior island look/feel like a tight fit. Using inset doors on our cabinetry and Danielle's open design on the island solved that issue. My cabinets are high-quality and we are extremely pleased with them. Danielle's design is unique. It is not only very attractive but extremely functional. Bilotta Kitchens stands behind their work and made sure that we were satisfied and pleased with the project down to the smallest detail. My husband and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We worked with Danielle Florie at Bilotta Kitchens for our kitchen remodel. We only had very good experiences the whole way through. Danielle is professional, very approachable, and really understood our ideas and made them a reality. She also worked within our budget and gave us great ideas on where to splurge and where we could save. We did not bump out the house or knock down walls. We have a small to mid-size eat in kitchen. The look and feel is so much bigger and spacious even though the footprint is the same. I highly recommend Bilotta Kitchens. We recently completed a kitchen with Bilotta and have nothing but rave reviews for the company and our designer, Jeff Eakley, specifically. The company's service and effective communication (about everything from delivery, installation, etc) made the experience incredibly easy. Jeff was unbelievably accommodating to our schedule -- making himself available at our home when normal business hours did not work for us. He answered every email within minutes; and was always available for advice or to answer a question. Our cabinets look beautiful and the attention to detail was incredible. Even after installation the company quickly addressed any minor concerns within days. We are unbelievably pleased with the results and would recommend Bilotta to anyone.

Danielle Florie at Bilotta designed our new kitchen and we are thrilled with the outcome! We did not have an enormous amount of space to work with, but her thoughtful design gave us the storage solutions, cooking/prep, and gathering space we needed for a busy family of 5. Paula, our designer, was such a pleasure to work with and designed a beautiful, functional kitchen. People often talk about how difficult a kitchen remodel can be, but I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed the process. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bilotta Kitchens.

We had Bilotta design and construct our kitchen cabinetry in 2009. Randy, the designer was very patient with us, and she produced an amazing product. The reason I am reviewing Bilotta now is befause of Bilotta's continues white gloven customer service. Over the few years there have been some minor growing pains with the cabinetry, which was expected. Bilotta was always extremely responsive, and resolved each issue quickly. They usually sent Joel, who was the professional,that led the team that installed our cabinets. The latest tiny issue was that one of the magnet casings that holds a door closed, cracked. Within a day, Marie was on the case, and had the factory put the parts in the mail. She was willing to send somebody out to screw the new magnet in. It is literally two screws and it would be ridiculous for somebody to come out for the job. But, the fact that it was an option is amazing. Thank you.

Living on Long Island there are lots of design companies for kitchens. We used Bilotta because we met Linda D. who is the best designers of small kitchens (and large ones) She helped and guided us through the hard decisions and gave us the best suggestions to maximize our space. Our kitchen looks like it belongs in every magazine and I finally have everything I want Thanks to Linda and Bilotta

I am an interior designer and have used Bilotta both for a client and for my own home and was thrilled with the results both times. For my own apartment the project size and budget was smaller but they still delivered excellent quality and service. The cabinets had a painted finish with 2-step panel detail and look perfect in that small space. For my clients' beach house we had room to customize much more and the kitchen had a mix of white, painted cabinets, some glass front doors, and an island in a truly exceptional weathered wood finish, a rounded cabinet on one side, and basket style drawers in the middle. The kitchen is gorgeous and the owners are thrilled!!!

Another great decision we made was to have Bilotta's great contractor Christian install our cabinets. He is an expert in this specific work and his attention to detail is impeccable. Bilotta's design team created a fabulous new kitchen for my renovation. It was so good that when I moved I didn't hesitate to have them do it again. My new kitchen is perfect for my needs and the show piece of my apartment.

Our goal was to tear down a small, windowless kitchenette that was undersized for our 3-BR apartment and create a new one with about half of an adjacent family room. We ran into some unpleasant surprises along the way (gas pipes that went the wrong way, minor damage during construction). Our Bilotta designer (Aston Smith) was amazing in overcoming these problems with creativity and optimism, making lemonade out of lemons every time with design tweaks that accommodated the issue. She designed the space so that we used every available cubic inch and with great attention to how we would actually use it for family and friends. It was also clear that she cooks and had practical advice about how the flow of work would feel if we placed something here or there. I was particularly appreciative of her focus on making sure that we got what we really wanted according to our tastes and needs. The cabinets themselves are stunning and easy to care for. I chose MDF over wood, dark brown on the lower cabinets and white lacquer above. She introduced me to different types of cooking equipment and made it possible to arrange everything (range top, steam convection oven, conventional oven) -- I never thought I could have 2 ovens! We also took a field trip to Dente Trading in NJ to look at nature's genius as captured in stone, and we selected countertops that were the final ingredient to make this the kitchen of my dreams. As our friends see the final open plan kitchen that blends into our fully windowed, remaining family room space, their jaws drop and they say, "I want this." I work a very full time job and Aston was terrific in working with my schedule to make sure everything was perfect. She was on site when she needed to be, and the installers were top notch. There were some scheduling delays and minor disagreements with our construction crew doing other parts of the tear down but I view these as inevitable. Aston herself is warm and lovely and was available, supportive, expert, and always went the extra mile. I highly recommend Bilotta for the beauty, practicality, and clean aesthetics of its product, and Aston, an experienced designer with great taste who is warm, nimble and creative and who will help you achieve your dream kitchen.

Full kitchen design, production, installation; experience was excellent in terms of design, advice, thoughtful, well executed. We would recommend Bilotta in the future to others.

Paula Greer at Bilotta Kitchens was exceptional to work with. Not just a great designer, but a great design thinker… observing the unarticulated details of our needs and working them into her our kitchen - like the kids-crafts-area-slash-workspace to organise mail, calendars and the comings and goings of a very chaotic 4-child household. She was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and generous with her time. She helped us find and assess great contractors, and architects - and was flexible when we brought an alternative to the table. Her reputation met us everywhere we went - at appliance and tile stores for example… "Oh, you're working with Paula - she's great, a real pro!" She helped make a very big, very stressful renovation less so. Unqualified an unhesitating strong recommendation! Uploading one of her renderings, and the finished product.

This is our third time we have used Bilotta in one way or another. Randy, and the entire staff, are amazing! She helped us years ago pick out appliance, countertops and tile for out first home. Then about ten years ago she helped us redo our entire kitchen and main bath. So when we decided to renovated out current house we once again called Randy at Bilotta and she designed a wonderful kitchen, and we basically based the construction plans around our kitchen design! She helped us with everything, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances and installer. She was there every step of the way, meeting with contractor, plumber, tile guy, etc. Not that I want to move again, but if I did I would use Bilotta for a 4th time!

Love Paulette from Bilotta and so happy I found her. My kitchen is out of this world beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing about it. Paulette understood my dream from the first meeting and guided me through the process and kept me calm at times. She worked hard at keeping everything running smoothly and worked with my contractors too.

From the time we contacted our design coordinator, Peter Bittner, we were provided with exceptional service from the entire Bilotta team. Everyone was of the highest professional quality and were helpful and always willing to answer any questions that arose. Most importantly, they were cognizant of our budgetary concerns and kept to our time schedule. Our beautiful new kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend the entire Bilotta team without reservation.

This was my second kitchen I had done with Bilotta. They are very easy to work with and know exactly where to place all the cabinets and appliances so you would have a well functioning kitchen. They worked within the means of my budget and there were no delays on the time frame. My kitchen designer was always available to me for any questions I had. I love the way my kitchen turned out. Fantastic experience working with Bilotta and my Bilotta kitchen designer Jeni Spaeth. Customer service was excellent. I love my new kitchen. An example of their great service, after the kitchen was complete, Bilotta and Jeni came over for a final look. Jeni noticed that one of the drawer inserts wasn't optimal. She followed up and had a new insert created that better fit the drawer for free.
