A custom tile layout was designed for this alcove bath. Subway sized tiles installed vertically at the lower section amplify the height of the space in neutral shades of tan, gray and beige. The spa glass mosaic tile is framed with a white pencil edge creating a horizontal accent band. It's framed again with a picture frame mitred corner detail around the recessed niches. Polished chrome fixtures by Kohler with a slide bar and a flip-side hand held spray make this shower perfect for the whole family regardless of their height. The oversize air tub is extra deep so a grab bar was installed at an angle. An arched shower curtain rod was selected in lieu of glass doors to create a more open feeling while soaking in the air-jet tub. Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLC

A custom tile feature wall with natural Thassos marble and mother of pearl accents is located behind the tub. The valve on the left controls the water... which fills the bathtub from the ceiling, above the free-standing tub. A recessed mirrored niche allows a resting spot for a glass of wine and candles to set the perfect mood.

A quiet spot for reflection or appetizers or after dinner drinks... adjacent to the kitchen and dining room this warm area certainly fits the bill. The Kitchens central banquette island seats six on benches with another one at each end! Seating for EIGHT plus the back side boasts raised seating in bar stools. The show-stopping coffered ceiling was custom designed and features beaded paneling, recessed can lighting and dramatic crown molding. This lovely home features an open concept space with the kitchen at the heart. Built in the late 1990's the prior kitchen was cherry, but dark and the new family needed a fresh update. This lovely home features an open concept space with the kitchen at its heart. Built in the late 1990's the prior kitchen was cherry, but dark, and the new family needed a fresh update. The back of the raised counter shown here is supported by custom corbels with room for four stools.The center section features and oval wood-topped table with banquette bench seating on two sides. Six can sit on the benches, chairs at the end add two more places... There is plenty of room for the family of five... even with the children's friends or team-mates dropping by; room for 12 if you are keeping count. The show-stopping coffered ceiling was custom designed and features a highlighted central area in a circular design. It's painted in the center section but the outside portions have beaded boards, recessed can lighting and dramatic crown molding. The prior cherry kitchen with Corian counters and appliances was re-invented as a entertainment/auxiliary kitchen in the lower level of the house. The huge single under-mount stainless sink is positioned at the window over-looking the pool and lush back yard. The bump-out design adds interest and the latches on the upper cabinet doors add a nautical/coastal flair. There are two islands, this "front" one convenient to the sink and refrigeration features ample storage with many drawers including the microwave drawer. The counter is Labrodorite which is commonly used for jewelry. It's iridescent and sparkles like moonstone. The center section between the two islands features an oval wood-topped table with banquette bench seating on two sides. The show-stopping coffered ceiling was custom designed and features a highlighted central area in a circular design. The area behind the range has marble subway tile and the other backsplash areas are raised wood panels giving a furniture quality to this homey space. The dishwasher and large Sub-Zero refrigerator are also paneled in white wood while the microwave and 48" range is stainless steel.
