Rectangular grommet housing allows cabling to run up through a desk for access on the surface level. Sliding doors easily adjust to whatever size the job demands. Slide all the way closed for minimal pass-through on either end, or slide both doors all the way open for serious cable management options. High density cable bundling can pass through either end with ease. Or simply use for access paneling to reach controls under the surface level.

The homeowners loved the dimensional materials that we proposed for each of the bathrooms. This wall material is a thermal fused melamine applied to a high density substrate. The wood grain is created using photo-realistic digital technology. The countertop is concrete. The mirror and textured wood-look cladding continue to the floor so that the full height of the room can be appreciated when approaching this space.

This set comprises of 5 pieces: 2 round armless sofas, one left arm sofa, one right arm sofa and a round coffee table with glass top. The frame is constructed of powder coated aluminum and then covered with a polypropylene synthetic weave for maximum durability in all weather conditions. As standard the cushions are crafted of high density 5" foam that will hold their shape and help repel moisture. This project took place in Rye, NY in 2022 and was completed in four months. The client was looking to relocate the kitchen to a new location in the home in order to open up the entire space and expand it into a large "open concept" family area. Adelphi custom inset cabinets and paint were selected to beautify the kitchen. Counter tops are Valentino Hone Quartzite "Valentino Quartzite is a dolomite, remarkable for its density. Soft tones made of silver and light gray give this pristine white material its subtle movement". Faucets are Rohl Holborn un-lacquered brass.
