This authentic, load-bearing adobe home, constructed in the mid 1980s, showcased Responsible Living In The Desert; it was this home from which architect Clint Miller AIA grew inspiration and developed his love for true adobe architecture.

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes. Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture,and accessories. Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is home to Jade Signature, a gorgeous high-rise residential building developed by Fortune International Group and designed by Swiss architects, Herzog & de Meuron. Breathtakingly beautiful, Jade Signature shimmers in the Florida sun and offers residents unparalleled views of sparkling oceanfront and exquisitely landscaped grounds. Amenities abound for residents of the 53-story building, including a spa, fitness, and guest suite level; worldwide concierge services; private beach; and a private pedestrian walkway to Collins Avenue. TASK Our international client has asked us to design a 3k sq ft turnkey residence at Jade Signature. The unit on the 50th floor affords spectacular views and a stunning 800 sq ft balcony that increases the total living space. SCOPE Britto Charette is responsible for all aspects of designing the 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence that is expected to be completed by the end of September 2017. Our design features custom built-ins, headboards, bedroom sets, and furnishings. HIGHLIGHTS We are especially fond of the sculptural Zaha Hadid sofa by B&b Italia.

Hazelwood(R), part of the AZEK Deck Arbor Collection(R) was developed specifically to coordinate with current trends seen in hardscapes and other exteriors. Hazelwood was formulated in response to strong consumer demand for a light colored variegated decking and it offers a great option for contemporary or modern design spaces with its aged and antiqued appearance. All AZEK Deck products carry a limited lifetime warranty and are designed to last beautifully.
