Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Hardwood flooring in the bedroom area, Travertine stone flooring in the wet area. Freestanding bath tub with Vola taps. Wooden vanity with Travertine backsplash. Full height sliding door, covered in lime paint, with a black steel door handle.

Study Model of an addition to an existing modern bungalow. The project would use a grade change to substantially add area to the house without overwhelming the original architecture.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house. George Mendel
