The back corner of the property houses the pool equipment. The previously dated wooden shed was transformed into a small room that is more in keeping with the style of the house.

A contemporary and elegant hang out with just enough space to squeeze in a trampoline. This was a HUGE consideration when designing the size of the pool as the client wanted to make sure there was plenty of space to put the trampoline. While it's not something that will live there forever, retaining some play space in this yard allowed for a perfect balance between pool, play and hang out areas.

Just enough space to squeeze in two loungers. A white on white palette paired nicely with the new copper gutters and the all white pergola that attached into the new header for the new bifold doors.
