Baseboards are made of polystyrene and resistant to mold and humidity. Smooth surface that is easy to clean and does not need paint after installation. Can be customized for a unique look with insert patterns, including wood grain, textures, and solid colors. To calculate the amount of needed product, please make sure to measure the total linear feet of baseboard and include an extra 10-20% waste. These book cases were created from a salvaged gun case. This built-in began as a single 1920's era gun case that was part of a home that was demolished. The original case was several feet narrower and a few inches shorter in height than the wall. Part of the goal in reusing the case was to salvage the lovely historic crown molding. To create this built in. the original gun case was cut in half, and the two halves swapped to the opposite side of the wall. Shelving was added between the the two halves and inside of the case. The adjacent baseboard profile was carried across the base of the case allowing the case to be raised off the floor covering the height discrepancy. and allowing ductwork to be run without a dropped bulkhead.

Caisson Cir. Garage / Studio - Southwest Oaks Our client requested a single-car garage with a studio/office space above, emphasizing a seamless integration with the existing home and site. Through careful design iterations, we developed a mid-century farmhouse aesthetic, incorporating a large wrap-around deck and limestone and cedar finishes that complement the existing residence. The structure was strategically positioned to preserve existing vegetation, creating a unique "tree-house" feel. Despite challenges with topography and setback discrepancies in city records, our team efficiently resolved these issues. @redovenps executed the build flawlessly, and we are proud to present the final product.
