We have worked with a number of custom builders over the years. In October, 2013, we purchased a new home built by TTM. The quality of materials, workmanship, and overall design is outstanding. Joanie and Tucker Merrihew hold themselves and their sub contractors to extremely high standards; in one case, we were fine with a paint touch-up job that had been completed, but they were not, and had it redone for us. The attention to quality, detail, and doing things the right way are the foundation of what sets TTM apart. Their design talent and sense of style put them over the top. We like them so much that we are planning on building with them again.

Tucker, Joanie, Gerry and team have been absolutely incredible to work with. They build a beautiful home and you can feel their attention to detail and quality in every room. These guys understand customer service very well....so unlike most builders. They do what is right even if it costs them a few extra bucks. We couldn't be happier working with them and will tell everyone we know how great thay are to work with. Excellent communication, quick service, good taste and thorough follow up is what they do. As a Real Estate Professional I have sold, purchased and viewed a vast amount of homes in the Portland metro area while working with my clients. I have previewed countless houses that have either been renovated or brand new construction from all the current builders. I have previewed several of their new builds and completely renovated properties and am thoroughly impressed with the quality of home they produce. I had the opportunity of representing a buyer who purchased one of their homes. At the home inspection they had the project manager there to acquaint the home inspector with the house and to answer any questions the home inspector might have, as well as supply us with their builders' warranty. There were a couple of luxury items that didn't need to be done, but the client would appreciate and had asked for in the repair addendum. TTM Development more than accommodated my buyer on her requests and she has not been disappointed since she has moved in.
