The owners of this beautiful 2-family home in Ridgewood were dissatisfied with the existing enclosed staircase and sought to achieve an open layout with a modern staircase design. To fulfill their vision, a new staircase was meticulously designed, fabricated, and installed, featuring a stunning wood finishing and elegant railing, seamlessly connecting the first floor to the basement and second floor. Additionally, a framed double swing door was skillfully incorporated, providing access to a newly created closet space in the basement. Notably, 2MO's innovative designer devised a creative solution for integrating the existing column in the living room, resulting in a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic. The outcome of this project has left the expanding and youthful family delighted with their modern home transformation.

A&E Construction. Our Pennington NJ client had recently moved into this home and was dissatisfied with the way the kitchen functioned. As it was before, the kitchen was closed off from the rest of the home with the single entrance being on the far end of the main first-floor hallway, next to the door to the garage. A&E Construction developed a design for her kitchen remodel that both creates a better flow between the kitchen and the rest of the house, and also offers a better option for eating/work space.

The charm of the home's original design has faded, and limited curb appeal is evident. The exterior doesn't align with the stylish vibe found inside, leaving the homeowners dissatisfied with the overall presentation

The homeowner envisioned a significant transformation of their space, characterized by the 7-foot tub's relocation to the former closet area, facilitating an exciting bathroom layout overhaul. The homeowner was dissatisfied with how the existing tub took up the middle of the room, making access to the vanities more confined.
Relocating the homeowner’s two closets to one large closet on the other side of their master suite allowed us to eliminate confining walls, fostering an open-concept atmosphere that brought new life into the space.
Within this reimagined space, a long vanity thoughtfully concludes just short of the tub, while the other vanity is poised to anchor the far left wall. The homeowner's aspirations expand the bathroom to a generous 20x20 square feet, including a larger shower.
