We designed this master bathroom with beach cottage spa in mind to provide a calming oasis. We assembled rich taupe cabinetry and blended it with a double herringbone wood tile floor and quartz counter tops for a simple classic look. Inspiration for a cottage mudroom remodel with gray walls

This mountain residence demonstrates Refine Design Architecture's commitment to site-specific, climate-responsive design built to last in Washington's high country. A steeply pitched gable roof—clad in forest-green standing seam metal and engineered to shed heavy snow loads—is anchored by exposed heavy-timber trusses that express the home's structure honestly. Warm cedar cladding wraps the volume, while an elevated post-and-beam deck lifts the main living level into the canopy, choreographing views and daylight as the home steps lightly across its sloping, forested site. Glass-panel railings preserve sightlines to the surrounding evergreens, and generous glazing draws filtered winter light deep into the interior. From first sketch through construction documentation, this is the kind of durable, four-season custom home we design across the Methow Valley, Leavenworth, Winthrop, and Lake Chelan.

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes. Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture,and accessories.
