Issue: Client needed additional parking and more space for entry. Solution: Removed old weathered concrete walk from beside existing driveway. Removed dated and broken light. Used Courtstone from Unilock as accent band while expanding entry and providing additional parking for guests.

Custom Surface Solutions (www.css-tile.com) - Owner Craig Thompson (512) 430-1215. This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

Arched openings and an arched niche in this foyer are complemented by recessed coffered ceiling details creating a repetitive lighting pattern. Wood crown and j-mouldings outline the recessed coffered details and are painted in a higher sheen ceiling color to pick up some reflections from the lighting. LED downlighting is used throughout this new home, augmented with many decorative light fixtures (sconces and pendants) to create a layering of light options. Fire sprinklers were carefully located to blend, but still meet the building code regulations.
