The customer had tried various paints and primers on the plaster ceiling but none of it stuck long term. In addition, something you wouldn't know from the outside, that exterior wall didn't have any insulation at all in it, resulting in a pretty drafty bathroom during the winter months.

This 1970's home had rotting wood windows that were hard to operate and were very drafty. We installed new vinyl replacement windows that made the house more energy efficient, low maintenance, and a breeze to clean. The downstairs windows are oriel / cottage style with smaller top glass and larger bottom. This kept true to the style of the house and matched the shutters.
