She used Cambria Carrick in the powder bath with white subway tile. Her hearth room features a custom built desk using Cambria New Quay. Now that's a lot of Cambria! In this modern farmhouse master bathroom design, classic farmhouse features combine with sleek updated accents and a cool black and white two-tone color scheme to create a stunning bathroom at the heart of this home. The Echelon Cabinetry vanity in an Ardmore style with full overlay in a linen finish is accented by a black granite countertop and black matte finish hardware. This striking vanity space also features open wood shelves and metal framed mirrors. The corner tiled shower has a pivot heavy glass door from Quality Enclosures. The monochrome color scheme carries through in the Anatolia Tile Soho white 3x6 shower wall tile that was also used for the corner shower seat, as well as the Soho white with black hexagon shower floor and bathroom floor tile. The bathroom design maximizes available storage space in an adjacent alcove with a cabinet, countertop, and open wood shelves to match the main vanity area.

Traditional tile shower with beige stone-look tile in a straight lay pattern on shower walls and tiled corner bench. Also, tiled shower floor with cut and tumbled flat beige pebbles, with a Schluter center drain. Included with a recessed niche tiled with beige stone look tile to match and a decorative liner using a stone mosaic, continuing around the shower walls.

The entire townhouse was devastatingly flood–damaged by an upper floor washing machine malfunction. The homeowners decided to take advantage of this situation to not only repair the home, but also to make some major space updates. The townhome was completely gutted to the studs throughout all three levels. The main living level was completely reconfigured with walls removed and spaces reimagined. The kitchen and 4 bathrooms were fully renovated. All flooring, trim, tile, fixtures, hardware, countertops, lighting and window treatments were redesigned. All interior elements designed and specified by A.HICKMAN Design.

This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.
