The garage is a free stranding carriage house, appropriate for the era of the house. The structure has a dormered loft on the second level as well as a very large wood bin on one side and a potting/storage shed on the other.

Organized drawers, like these. make cooking easier. These great cooks needed a space that allowed for entertaining and multiple work zones. Storage was optimized and is efficient with pull-outs and dividers. The kitchen has almost doubled in size and now includes two dishwashers for easy clean up. Lighting was appointed with sparkling pendants, task lighting under cabinets and even the island has a soft glow. A happy space with room to work and entertain. This incredible closet is custom in every way. It was designed to meet the specific needs and desires of our client. The cabinetry was slightly distressed, glazed and load with extensive detail. The rolling ladder moves around entire closet for upper storage. Several pull out and slide out shelves, scarf racks, hanger racks and custom storage accessories were included in the design. A custom dresser with upper glass cabinets along with built-in hamper are also included. It wouldn't be complete without a vertical, tilted shoe rack. Ceiling painted in a rich robin’s egg blue with sparkle additive sets this closet apart from any other. Pool - contemporary custom-shaped pool idea in Las Vegas

A growing family, a rambling Georgian estate. The question: how to imbue tradition with a fresh spirit? The charge was to maintain the idea of old school charm without the interior feeling just… old. An illustration could be found in picture molding (which we added, then painted to disappear into the walls) or a modern plaster sculpture teetering upon an old barrister bookcase.
