Designed by Interior Designer, A. Lantz Design, this Lake Charlevoix project was featured on the cover of Traditional Home magazine! This home's side entry is in between the home's garage access and laundry room. A perfect location to slip in and kick off one's Sperry's or rain boots. A perfect built-in bench adds functional seating and plenty of storage. We covered the walls with a beautiful navy blue grass cloth wallcovering to add texture to the small space without over powering it. The slate-colored concrete floor tiles cool the space while the rattan circular rug and fluidity and warmth.

This adorable powder bath is adorned with a beautiful grasscloth wallpaper and each little detail of the vanity brings happiness to this space.

These custom crafted walnut vanities by Architectural Designs and Manufacturing, Inc. are the pièce de résistance in this photo. These floating vanities showcase the truly beautiful grain of the wood and the artistry of the craftsmen who made them. This master bath was dark and dated. Although a large space, the area felt small and obtrusive. By removing the columns and step up, widening the shower and creating a true toilet room I was able to give the homeowner a truly luxurious master retreat. (check out the before pictures at the end) The ceiling detail was the icing on the cake! It follows the angled wall of the shower and dressing table and makes the space seem so much larger than it is. The homeowners love their Nantucket roots and wanted this space to reflect that.

Every luxurious Master Bathroom deserves a beautiful bathtub. Our client wanted a relaxing Airpool Whirlpool bathtub and that is what we installed. You may have noticed this condominium has two bathrooms with the same finishes, as the Master Suite has two separate bathrooms. This bathroom has many angled walls so the custom vanity furniture floats off the floor to help create an open feeling since the tub deck takes up the majority of the room.
