Originally divided into two separate vanity rooms, we transformed this space into a functional and stylish Jack and Jill bathroom. By improving the flow between the girls’ rooms, we created a space that’s both practical and full of personality, featuring unique hardware and materials tailored to their tastes.

This original 1970's master bedroom suite was transformed into a very exciting and unique southwestern design. In the Master bath we chose a double slipper copper tub, saguaro cactus for the vanity bases with custom copper sinks, and a parota wood slab for the counter and back splash acquired in Mexico by Casa Mexicana Imports. Artobrick wall tiles were designed with hand picked colors and patterns. The barn door for closing the space between bedroom and bath was antique Mexican paneled door we upholstered bathroom view side with a Sunbrella fabric Pendleton design and framed it in leather. The Adobe fireplace and custom shelf unit in the master bedroom were added, Custom paint for the walls in the bath and the Master bedroom ceilings. Hickory wood flooring was used for the bedroom, which tied in well with the natural saguaro cactus wood tones.

Chapel Avenue came to us as a cramped and outdated kitchen, with a peninsula separating the kitchen from the dining area, making the space seem even smaller than it was. Working with this couple, we soon realized they wanted something fun and eclectic to match their personalities. In this very compact guest/powder room bath (51 sq. ft), a Calacatta gold marble countertop, backsplash, shower threshold, shower niche and wall caps are seamlessly combined with a Calacatta gold porcelain wall and shower pan tile for the shower and vanity. A 12" round undermount Bates & Bates Donna sink was paired with an off-set single lever Grohe Allure faucet. A wall hung Lyptus sink base with Schaub Italian Design Mosaic cabinet pulls is complimented by a matching custom medicine cabinet which is recessed into the wall with the appearance of a simple mirror frame. Hinged LED vertical lights are mounted on the medicine cabinet frame, allowing the user to angle the lights in for perfect grooming illumination.
