Our goal was to create a concept for the client using an assigned space that would resemble a mountain stream. From concept to completion, the entire project was designed and installed by us. Our expectations were high for finishing on time and for the overall aesthetic value of the area. The client also demands quality and for construction that is completed on-time. The end result was a walk-up pond complete with waterfall and natural landscaping using local rock, boulders and native plants, useable kayaks, and water filled with colorful koi. From any angle, both large and small bits of a natural water feature and surrounding rock and plants were viewable. This eclectic space is infused with unique pieces and warm finishes combined to create a welcoming and comfortable space. We used Ikea kitchen cabinets and butcher block counter top for the bar area and built in media center. Custom wood floating shelves to match, maximize storage while maintaining clean lines and minimizing clutter. A custom bar table in the same wood tones is the perfect spot to hang out and play games. Splashes of brass and pewter in the hardware and antique accessories offset bright accents that pop against or white walls and ceiling. Grey floor tiles are an easy to clean solution warmed up by woven area rugs.

This 1500SC pocket door frame with Soft Close/Soft Open by Johnson Hardware smoothly glides 200 pound doors. The precision extruded jump proof track and quick release locking tab make installation easy and dependable. The All Steel Split Stud includes self-tapping dry wall and trim screws. Johnson has manufactured in the USA for over 60 years with wonderful product reviews from the trade and consumers. This hardware provides a great way to have more useable space in your home.

Luckily there were 3 large windows, so we decided removing one wouldn't significantly decrease the amount of natural light. It was a good trade for form and function. We were able to increase the work surfaces to create a much more useable kitchen that fit all the necessities and even had room for extra. We added pull outs and functional accessories to make it an easy to use space. We supplemented the natural light with a solar tube and plenty of installed light with 2 sizes of adjustable output and temperature LED ceiling cans for layers of light.

A Plant Lover Garden Oasis This home in the Watermark community includes a fantastic landscape design that adds curb appeal to the front of the yard with places to relax and unwind in the backyard. Three seating areas were incorporated into the backyard with easy access to the outdoor kitchen. Concrete pads were poured for the entertaining spaces and are connected by paving stones in between. Along the pathway, you’ll also find a unique circular water feature that matches the circular potted plants in the front yard. The entertaining spaces include an outdoor dining area, a propane fireplace, and a wood-burning fireplace.
