A fireplace is a device for heating of premises which is built on an autonomous basis or from wall to wall, uses as a source of energy combustible substances and has a chimney inside. Since its fuel is a renewable resource, it has been modernized and improved, and it is still widely used in the West, especially in the higher education sector, which advocates the concept of environmental protection. The fireplace is divided into two types: open and closed, the latter more efficient.

The Silver Earth MOVA Globe globe is an understated and luxurious take on traditional globe design. The combination of metallic silver land masses against satin silver oceans and the black and red lettering accent makes a quiet yet lustrous composition perfect for those with a taste for simplicity. The globe rotates using only ambient light and the earth's magnetic field. Photo credit: Tony Huynh

This Project consisted of a Pondless Waterfall Memorial installation in Hummlestown, PA at the Allegheny Valley School. The Pondless Waterfall has dueling streams measuring approximately 25′ in length disappearing into a 400 gallon pondless underground basin. We installed LED lighting in the water feature and under water falls for night time viewing. This Pondless waterfall was built as a memorial to Jilly a resident at the school who passed away. The Allegheny Valley School provides residential, therapeutic, educational, vocational and social programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They provide care to people from childhood through adulthood. An individualized plan of care is designed for each person with the goal of achieving the highest level of independence while enhancing his/her quality of life.

This home is in Noe Valley, a highly desirable and growing neighborhood of San Francisco. As young highly-educated families move into the area, we are remodeling and adding on to the aging homes found there. This project remodeled the entire existing two story house and added a third level, capturing the incredible views toward downtown. The design features integral color stucco, zinc roofing, an International Orange staircase, eco-teak cabinets and concrete counters. A flowing sequence of spaces were choreographed from the entry through to the family room.
