This gold and walnut modern credenza would make the perfect storage cabinet in nearly any environment. The raised geometric pattern of the gold doors and a touch of modernism, while simultaneously are a nod to Hollywood Regency styling. It sits atop a black platform base (wrapped in vinyl to give a little texture). It is a very versatile piece and would be well-suited as a modern TV stand/console, credenza, buffet, or stylish sideboard. Behind each door you’ll find an adjustable inner shelf for maximum flexibility. Push-to-open doors eliminate the need for handles or knobs on the front so as to not distract from the stylish, modern look of the doors. In addition to making these in many different widths and heights, we can also build yours in nearly any configuration. Want a more “open”, “airy” look? We can make yours with an open middle section (meaning doors only on the outsides). Or, need drawers? We can do that as well! This Electronic Lifestyle facility has quickly become a savvy social and entertaining environment; set up to demonstrate just a few things one can do in their home or office to enhance their quality of life through the use of technology. The reception area is complimented with a 55” custom designed Art Screen TV with retractable art that rolls up into a motorized casing to reveal a 4K TV screen. An acoustically treated 2-Channel listening room houses the finest in McIntosh audio equipment complete with a turntable. This room occupies the entire third floor of a Tuscan-style tower and has 360° views. Control of the interior lighting, exterior soffit down-lighting, and landscaping lights allows one to set the ambience for sharing appetizers or viewing the numerous fireworks displays on a July 4th evening. Audio/Video controls allow precise volume and electronic brightness adjustments. Automatic shades protect the furnishings from sun damage and and works with the Smart Thermostat to keep the environment at the right temperature all-year round. Freezing temperature sensors ensure the fireplace automatically ignites just in case the HVAC lost power or broke down. Contact sensors on the awning-style windows work with the home weather station to determine if windows need to be closed when raining; not to mention the primary use with the security system to detect unwanted intruders.

Housing motorized solar shades in custom-cut metal pockets that followed the curve of the wall, protection from heat and glare was provided while still maintaining the panoramic view of Philadelphia.

They plan to entertain significantly, and wanted a high-performance space that they could be proud of. We integrated quality electronics into a professionally designed space, with culminated in a comfortable environment with plenty of entertainment options. The 9 video screens combine to provide a 138" TV with flawless picture, and incredible surround sound performance. This entertainment can be taken outside with the cleverly hidden rock speakers throughout the property, and outdoor WiFi to allow everything to be controlled with iPads and iPhones from anywhere in or out of the home. Integration of the lighting control, climate control, and audio video into a central app, provides simple control and convenience.
