Who said Transitional can be boring? The Black Diamond Staging was a fun project where classic and contemporary were mixed-in creating a Transitional clean look. The color scheme throughout was very neutral allowing lines of the furniture to take center stage. A transitional look also consists of various textural elements, in this case the materials that were used the most to create that texture was wood, fabrics and rattan. The use of accessories was very limited as there was already artful details through the mix furnishings and fabrics.

This Denver Area Littleton home was in desperate need of new siding. The composite wood siding was swelling and soft in many areas, with consistent edge-checking on nearly every lap. We replaced the siding, trim, soffits and fascia using James Hardie fiber cement and we installed Hardie's beaded porch panel on the porch ceiling for a timeless finished look. The homeowners had always dreamed of having a classic yellow house, so that's what we painted it! We used Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint for superior longevity in the Colorado elements.

This Bellevue kitchen refresh focused on elevating the space without altering the existing layout or structural elements. The project involved a complete removal and replacement, including new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. By maintaining the original structure, the homeowners were able to achieve a fully updated kitchen with a more efficient timeline and controlled budget. The total investment for the project was approximately $40,000. Our team provided a fully integrated service, handling everything from design and material supply to installation. All work was completed by our in-house team, ensuring consistency, quality control, and a seamless execution without outsourcing.

Our delightful clients initially hired us to update their three teenagers bedrooms. Since then, we have updated their formal dining room, the powder room and we are continuing to update the other areas of their home. For each of the bedrooms, we curated the design to suit their individual personalities, yet carried consistent elements in each space to keep a cohesive feel throughout. We have taken this home from dark brown tones to light and bright.

Our floor-to-ceiling cabinetry solutions maximizes storage & frees up valuable floor space while consistent elements connect each zone seamlessly. The minimalist dining nook/craft center proves that sometimes all you need is one bold color to do just that! The vibrant mustard chairs create a stunning contrast against the clean lines of our marble tulip table and textured walls. We love how the organic curves of these statement pieces soften the modern aesthetic, while the geometric accent pillow and beautifully selected artwork ties everything together. Even the delicate branches in the handcrafted vase add natural movement to balance the sleek surfaces. With the bold yet subtle color palette, we started with a neutral foundation: whites, blacks, grays and introduced just one standout hue. Let that color appear in strategic touches throughout the space for a cohesive look that doesn’t overwhelm.

This 4,800 square-foot guesthouse is a three-story residence consisting of a main-level master suite, upper-level guest suite, and a large bunkroom. The exterior finishes were selected for their durability and low-maintenance characteristics, as well as to provide a unique, complementary element to the site. Locally quarried granite and a sleek slate roof have been united with cement fiberboard shingles, board-and-batten siding, and rustic brackets along the eaves. The public spaces are located on the north side of the site in order to communicate with the public spaces of a future main house. With interior details picking up on the picturesque cottage style of architecture, this space becomes ideal for both large and small gatherings. This project is proof again that even if your space has some kooky architecture, it's possible to get a clean and calm effect. Nothing about this large bathroom is 90 degrees: the walls angle and above the tub is a partially lofted octagonal ceiling. For the remodel, we conscientiously designed architectural elements and finishes to counter all that business. Walls now blend into both ceiling and the ground color of the tile. Tile is all rectangular and a consistent tone, and we made sure tile lines were continuous around the space. Fixture finishes match throughout (which we don't always do!). Transitioning from this before to this after was about more than stripping wallpaper and upgrading fixtures and finishes. Nothing like a good challenging space to keep us on our toes! This project consisted of a re-design for an unkempt and poorly-functioning entry garden of a home in Belmont. The primary programmatic elements we incorporated into the new design were an enlarged and better defined parking area, a useable lawn space, a heightened sense of arrival for the main entrance and a seamless circulatory progression from the rear garden to the entry and front lawn. The aesthetic for this home is organic modernism. It combines natural materials and colors with modern elements for an airy and sophisticated look. The furniture consists of clean lines, rounded shapes and smooth surfaces that are accentuated with a variety of leathers, metals, and neutral linens to introduce texture and an organic feel. To give the home just a splash of color we used the warmth from cognac leathers and deep soft blues throughout the accessories. Overall, the contrast between modern and organic creates the perfect balance between clean and comfortable that will appeal to any future homeowner.
