My clients have a small study with a new sofa and love seat. Both a desk and television are located in the room. They have several bird feeders outside of their back window which they keep fully stocked and which provide a lot of entertainment. They wanted window treatments which would pull the room together and add color without obscuring their view. We fabricated tailored box pleat valances with covered button enhancements, just enough to warm up the room.

Enhancing the Classic Charm The experts at Braen Supply were tasked with finding materials that would enhance the character and charm of this house, which was built in 1960. The homeowner was looking to give the older, existing walkway, driveway and patio a face lift that would bring it into the twenty first century. In addition to redoing those areas, the homeowner added a large fire pit in the backyard, which is surrounded by pea gravel, where friends and family can sit and enjoy the fire on a cool night. Boulders were added to the landscaping bringing depth and texture to the flowerbeds. The changes that were made to the home made a huge difference in the overall appearance of the house. It now has a modern look while still maintaining that classic charm feeling.

Loft 25 is a converted pre-war condominium located in Chelsea. With its pre-war charm and refined, state-of-the-art aesthetic, Loft 25 offers a unique living experience for its residents. On the ground floor, where the atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and personal, 2MO's design contributions have certainly enhanced the living space. The focal point of the living room is a gorgeous and functional fireplace, which not only adds warmth but also serves as a visually striking element. The inclusion of display shelves and customized cabinets around the fireplace adds both functionality and an opportunity to showcase decorative items or personal belongings. In the bathroom, upgrades were made to enhance its modernity and functionality. The use of subway tiles provides a classic and timeless look, while the modern folding-glass doors for storage space offer a sleek and space-saving solution. This upgrade not only improves the aesthetics of the bathroom but also provides practicality by maximizing storage options. Overall, the design choices made by 2MO in Loft 25 contribute to creating an inviting and stylish living environment. The attention to detail, functionality, and the combination of classic and modern elements help elevate the overall appeal of the condominium.
