The entire space is home to dozens of custom paintings by local artists and master-crafted wood works and built in cabinetry. The reception area is complimented with a 55” custom designed Art Screen TV with retractable art that rolls up into a motorized casing to reveal a 4K TV screen. The additional spaces show beautifully, with a modern family room, a sophisticated entertainment lounge, and fully functional, stocked wet bar. An acoustically treated 2-Channel listening room houses the finest in McIntosh audio equipment complete with a turntable. This room was designed for vinyl record or streaming music for ‘audiophile enthusiasts.’ The DeVance 18 seat movie theater boasts a state-of-the-art perforated ten foot screen, JBL Synthesis 7.1 surround sound system and crystal clear Runco projection system. Guests enjoy luxurious motorized leather theater seating complete with warm throws and leather ottomans for comfortable movie viewing. The DeVance restrooms continue the Electronic Lifestyle theme on a more personal level, as they are equipped with the top of the line sensor faucets and sinks by TOTO USA, Electric Mirror TVs and the ‘cleaner and greener’ electronic TOTO USA Washlets! The ultimate vision for the DeVance Experience was to create an environment unlike any retail storefront or big box shop, where a unique and exciting experience awaits existing and prospective clients, guests, trade partners and business associates. The space was brought up to date with sleek, white modern cabinets and a spacious gray island, topped with a luxurious quartz slab. This expansive island serves as the perfect gathering spot, whether for intimate family dinners or entertaining large groups of friends. The kitchen also features a well-appointed beverage center, which discreetly houses a hidden convection oven, pantry, and beautifully designed cabinets to showcase fine china. Elegant and Functional Laundry Room Transformation As you approach the laundry room, you'll notice the hallway adorned with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, providing ample storage for household items, school supplies, and those miscellaneous essentials that always need a place. This hallway seamlessly leads into the newly renovated laundry room, which features an array of updated cabinets extending into the adjacent office space. The countertops are crafted from luxurious marble from Spain, adding an elegant touch to the laundry room, making everyday tasks like using the utility sink or folding clothes a more enjoyable experience. With a sophisticated color palette of crisp white and rich navy, this laundry room is designed to be both beautiful and welcoming, ensuring it feels like home.

We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to help an older couple in our local community. They approached us with a project that they thought would be impossible. Turn a 6x6 first floor pantry into a fully functioning bathroom. Normally this space limitation would not be a problem but the plumbing presented a difficulty that already scared away 2 other contractors. We were able to overcome this obstacle with the help of our experienced staff who keep up to date on the newest devices and products in the remodeling industry. We had a very enjoyable experience designing and remodeling this room. Even with the small space limitations we believe we came up with a very unique and rustic feel for their 1890's farm house. I must end on all the custom wood work that our employees made for this project. From the custom, two-sided, door to the little, wooden, wall shelf we made all of the wooden pieces you see in this project and most of them were unique creations specifically for this job.

New Master Bath Remodel includes Ditra-Heat flooring for that extra warmth all year round. The door opening to the Master Bath was widened and a farm door added for easier access; aging in place. The ‘notch’ in the Master Countertop was added for ease of shower access. A hidden pull-out drawer was added in Master Bath for extra storage. David wanted to remove his outdated shower design and replace it with a cleaner, more open look that matched the rest of his home’s style. A bulky glass block wall and dark tile made the space feel closed off and dated. The old materials were removed to the studs, and new plumbing was added for a rain shower, handheld fixture, and diverter for better comfort. Custom-built shower, featuring a dry-off area and recessed wall niche for convenience, was installed. Durable waterproofing and backer board were added to prepare the space for new tile installation. The new shower features Wave Blanco 13x24 Matte tile, installed in a horizontal straight stack pattern with Arctic White grout and Schluter Jolly Bright White trim. On the accent wall, Anthology Euphoria Crave Serenity Glass tile adds depth and subtle texture, tying the design together beautifully. For the floor, Walker Zanger Continuum Grey 2x2 Anti-Slip mosaic tile provides both safety and modern appeal. A brushed nickel tile-in drain by Ebbe Legacy complements the new Delta Pivotal fixtures in Lumicoat Stainless, creating a sleek, cohesive finish throughout. The existing vanity, toilet, flooring, and block window were kept in place to balance function and budget.
