Inspiration for a timeless kitchen remodel in Charlotte

We had the pleasure of adding some serious style to this pied-a-terre located in the heart of Austin. With only 750 square feet, we were able to give this Airbnb property a chic combination of both Texan culture and contemporary style via locally sourced artwork and intriguing textiles. We wanted the interior to be attractive to everyone who stepped in the door, so we chose an earth-toned color palette consisting of soft creams, greens, blues, and peach. Contrasting black accents and an eclectic gallery wall fill the space with a welcoming personality that also leaves a “city vibe” feel. Grays add a softness to the design, whether as a primary color, shown in the kitchen here, or as a secondary color, often on an island. Gray is the perfect fit for the growing trend of Transitional design. The washed look and character of Peppercorn cherry paired with our Boardwalk door style creates a naturally calm and simple space. Designing with consistent horizontal sight lines, linear crown and a blended color palette are a few of the key elements to create a Transitional haven. Pairing gray toned finishes, such as stain and paint, allows you to showcase multiple textures and values for creating depth through a layered approach.

This freeform spa was designed and built by Aquascape Pools of Petaluma CA. The spa features our HydraLux automatic trackless pool cover system. The client wanted maximum insulating R-value, thus they chose our exclusive solid foam core slat. This slat allows us to cut to the exact shape of the pool and/or spa. The color is Light Blue

Our designer has achieved a stylish look by combining dark cabinets and light-colored marbles.

Marilyn Peryer, Photography This project was unique because we had to custom fit the beds and the linen cabinet in the exact width of the wall. We also had to fit one of the units around an existing receptacle. The solution is perfect because we made the project look like it was built with the condominium. We're also able to enhance the resale value at same time.
