Habitation designed an incredible home for us. They took the time to incorporate the lot features and the views to maximize the potential of this build. They design, adjust and continue to support through the process and the build. I will only work with Habitation Design Group for all my builds moving forward. 5 star experience!!

Our experience working with Habitations was positive and affirmed our choice to use them as our architect. I spoke with multiple different architectural firms, and settled on Habitations. Beginning with our initial vision-casting, they came alongside us and crafted a home design that augmented our ideas with their experience and creativity and produced a beautiful custom plan. Each of Habitations' team members brought something to the table: Zach the Client Coordinator is gifted at communication. Joe Sadler is fantastic at vision-casting. Mike Steele can creatively put the plan together. Stuart is a whiz at problem solving, and Easton, a drafter, is extremely detail-oriented. In sum, Habitations would be an excellent choice for the home you seek to bring to life. They were amazingly accommodating and I highly recommend them to you.

Wow, we can not say enough great things about Habitations Residential Design Group. They designed our beautiful 5600 square foot mountain home in Promontory Club Park City Utah, which was completed in December 2023. From our planning meetings with Joe Sadler, working with Zach Leifson and the team throughout the entire build process and post build they have been nothing but exceptional! We had several unique challenges building at 7,200 feet, positioning the house the way we wanted, building underneath a large garage, staying within restrictive community building guidelines, etc. that Joe and the team easily met the challenges and added great creativity. We lost our previous home of 15 years to a fire. We wanted to rebuild our home with some of the features we really liked about our previous home and yet create something new that reflected where we are at now 15 years later. Habitations Design Group listened to what we wanted and did an amazing job of creating a beautiful home that reflected elements of our lost home and introduced new elements that met the desired design and needs for our new home. A wonderful, amazing, talented team of professionals who were sensitive and compassionate to what we were going through and made the journey of rebuilding our home a great experience. Joe and his team were excellent to work with. We were looking for a company that provided not only great design work but also great design value. Every person we worked with *listened*, and worked hard to integrate our opinions and thoughts in the project. There were no egos or divas in the process, and feedback was always graciously received and incorporated. When the final design didn't match our budget, they moved quickly with us to revise the scope and maintain all the components of the architecture and floor plan that mattered. Great experience with great people.

The team @ Habitations including: Joe Sadler, Zach Leifson, Stuart Beal & Mike Steel were like working with the DC Universe of architectural superheroes enabling me to conceptualize & them to design a DREAM home - A place I call ETOWC (End of the World Club). This property had VERY serious design constraints given the topography & the Habitations team threaded a needle to create the design for a home that has exceeded my expectations in every way including a pickle ball court out back!! I was very skeptical about a home project/remodel. I have had plenty of bad experiences with contractors and construction people. I met Joe Sadler and his architectural design team at Habitations Home Design in Ogden, Utah and was instantly impressed by their attention to detail, client care and quality of work. Joe introduced me to the construction team he hand picked tailored for my job! Big shout out to Lyle Labrum! I could not be more happy with the product that Habitations put out! If you want quality work at its best, you will use Habitations! You will be very impressed with the whole process!

The Habitations RDG Team is highly sophisticated, efficient, approachable, responsive and expertly skilled. As important, the entire team consists of great listeners who designed the house WE wanted without ever trying to control our decisions. Habitations guided us through the design process starting with a series of sketches on a few sheets of paper, culminating in approved drawings. Notwithstanding a complex design for a complex build on a 28 degree pitched lot in Hideout, not a single design aspect had to be revisited or revised during the build phase (and, during the build phase when called to confirm engineering or structural design questions, a human being answered the phone and answered the questions on the spot!). We 100% recommend the Habitations Team for any project, regardless of the size or complexity of the design or build.

The team at Habitations is truly top notch! We were very fortunate to have found them early on in our homebuilding process. They were instrumental in helping to facilitate our vision for our custom home by joining us on site visits to prospective lots in our selected community. Then they listened closely to our thoughts on desired home size, rooms, views and features to come up with workable design concepts. We really appreciated their willingness to alter and change the concepts they had come up with to give us the home we imagined. Far too often, many architects will let their ego get the best of them and think they know best for the client. This will lead to 4,000 square foot homes suddenly being drawn at 6,000 square feet with no concern for the ultimate build or budget of the client. This was never the case with Habitations. This also helped us get to our final design much faster with what seemed like a minimum of changes to accomplish our final goals. The communication was excellent and they were so willing to make those small changes at the end that materialized to really make it a home built for the way we live. We were also pleasantly surprised that when it came time for structural and landscaping plans to be generated, they had it all "in-house" so that we did not have to locate and contract with other professionals. This made it much quicker and painless when the County needed changes during the permitting process. Their pricing was extremely fair. Of all the architects we interviewed, they were not the most expensive nor the least expensive, but the value for what we paid was exceptional. If we were to ever need design services in the future, we would not hesitate to call Habitations Residential Design Group.
