This sleek & clutter-free entertaining area and bar is perfect for hosting parties. The purposefully simple design exhibits colorful artwork instead of small decor, to ensure plenty of counter space for food and drinks and space to relax.

This modern black kitchen exhibits a fabulous raised granite island top the perfectly compliments the sleek, clean lines of the entire space! We love the variety of tastes of each of our clients, and this space was no exception! This kitchen features Bertch cabinetry, Task Lighting, Astrus Leathered granite island counter, Black Pearl sueded perimeter counters, Frigidaire appliances, and Kohler fixtures.

This 1950's modern was built by the architect for his own use and was featured in the Exhibit of Classic Modern Architecture by the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture (MAC) in 2013. The landscape design includes the original "jungle gym" play set. The back patio blends the modern, rectilinear lines of the house with the organic, Eastern-inspired landscape.

Restrained plantings and sculptural rock work provide an organic counterpoint to the geometric building.

February 9th, 2021 marked day one of the first ever virtual Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), which showcases hundreds of new products coming to the design industry in 2021 from brand names ranging from GE to Kohler. While LIVDEN didn’t exhibit at KBIS this year, our sustainable tile was featured at the Café Appliances’ showcase kitchen, Endless Optimist, designed by exhibit designer TK Wismer. The GE brand Café Appliances manufactures custom appliances ranging from brightly colored refrigerators to sleek coffee makers for modern homes. Their trade mark is “Distinct by Design,” and after touring their test kitchens at KBIS, you will see why. Tk featured the playful PUZZLE PIECE series in MINT on our recycled 12x12 Polar Ice Terrazzo as the kitchen backsplash.
