This commission involved the renovation and conversion of two duplex apartments into one single residence/retreat. The two existing external stairs were removed and replaced by a single internal staircase. This intervention made it possible to create one large outdoor area and maximise the existing view. The steel canopies and wooden sun terraces act as visual links between the two original living units. In collaboration with Minimum Arquitectura. Foto's © Verne en Raül Candales Franch

Hot tub - large transitional backyard tile and rectangular lap hot tub idea in New York

Custom Door + Pull Materials: Walnut + Blackened Steel
Front door - small modern medium tone wood floor front door idea in Atlanta with white walls and a dark wood front door

This is an example of a modern landscaping in Detroit.

A custom backsplash for this rustic powder room depicts an old bull Elk on ledge bugling a challenge to the young interloper in the valley below. The scene is composed of natural stones and gems to give this distinctive artwork a natural feel, yet is functional as it’s sealed and caulked to protect the wall from splashed water. It blends and enhances the rustic wood counter top and copper sink to create a distinctive, memorable powder room.
