This South Shore of Boston client approached the team of Renovisions to remodel her existing basement bathroom. This bath, with an outdated fiberglass shower stall was cracked and leaking into the concrete floor below. The room had inadequate storage, was dark and did not boost this home’s overall market value.
It was definitely time for a Renovision and the client was excited to get started! She was looking forward to sharing the new space with guests that stay at her home and use the bathroom often.
Working alongside this client was fun and productive as great design and product choices were selected together. In the design process, Renovisions presented a unique idea; using the basement foundation ledge for a shelf that ran into the shower area, gaining extra space for shampoos and soaps, eliminating the need for a niche. Another great idea was to implement a Grohe Smart Control valve which brings this shower experience to another level; they can choose ways to spray with the right degree of warmth. The stunning stream-lined shower trims in brushed nickel finish match the style and finish on the single-lever vanity faucet.
The contrasting dark grey, large format porcelain floor tile’s texture resembles a linen-look pattern the client requested while complimenting the darker veining in the quartz curb, shelf and vanity countertop.
The Carrera-look porcelain shower wall tiles boast no-maintenance and provides a clean, brighter appeal seen through the beautiful custom shower glass enclosure. We lightened up the bath with a light blue paint color which added a fresh look, giving the illusion of a bigger space.
As you can see, with the right colors, textures and accessories, we transformed this basement bath from Drab to Fab. The client was thrilled with her basement Renovision, a true Breath of Fresh Flair’!

The primary bathroom was basically a non-starter. Very small shower, very small tub. Redesigned with a larger single vanity, inset mirrors for extra storage space, and lighting. Add a large walk-in "wet area" shower.
Everyone was thrilled.

Complete kitchen redesign and remodel with new hardwood floors throughout entire 1st floor and upstairs hall. Wow!! what an island. We removed a half wall separating the kitchen from the morning room and redesigned the space to have a large central island with raised seating. The new island has a large farm sink, dishwasher, Miele speed oven, and plenty of storage. The granite tops in Fantasy Brown on the island and the perimeter tie all the colors together and the custom distressed cherry upper island top adds some texture and pop! Fieldstone cabinetry in the Stratford door in Dove painted finish were designed with stacked wall cabinets to the ceiling with lighted glass upper sections. Simple 3x12 Walker Zanger Café kettle crackle tiles were used for the backsplash in a subway set except for a change to herringbone set at the hood and range area. All new hardwood floors were installed as well as the stairs being refinished to match. New railings, posts, and spindles for the stairs and the foyer gets a whole new look. So much happened in this remodel it can’t all be listed. This new kitchen and basically new 1st floor were well designed and turned out looking fresh and stylish.

Along with her primary bathroom, Jill decided to give the guest bathroom a complete update. The original space had a dated tub-and-shower combo, basic cabinetry, and flooring that no longer fit the style of the home.
She wanted this room to feel welcoming and fresh for anyone who used it. The tub and shower surround were removed down to the studs to make way for a new custom shower. Large porcelain wall tile, also used in the primary bathroom for a cohesive look, was installed in a stacked layout with clean white trim.
A long recessed niche was added, finished in Bedrosians Makoto Midori Green mosaic. The shower floor was finished with the same white glass mosaic tile used in the primary bathroom, tying the two spaces together.
Stainless fixtures matched those in the primary bathroom, keeping continuity across the home. A frameless barn-style sliding glass door with brushed nickel hardware completed the enclosure.
Cabinetry was updated with sage green for a softer tone than the navy in the primary bath, with a wall cabinet added above the toilet for extra storage.
Quartz counters matched the primary bath, paired with an undermount sink and matte black faucet for contrast. A framed mirror with two black-and-nickel sconces finished the vanity wall, tying in with details from the primary bath while giving this space its own style.

This small dated kitchen was transformed with new everything! Although the basic footprint stayed the same, the skilled CCKAB kitchen team removed counter tops and cabinets that divided the kitchen from the eating area. We also removed the soffits over the cabinets and kitchen table, and by relocating the soil pipes above, it gave the small space an open feel.
The Stow kitchen needed more wall space. So...we closed the the entrance to the dining room to provide more wall space and installed a double wall oven. The central focal point of there new, gorgeous kitchen island, providing extra counter space, storage and seating.
The modern appliances, new cabinetry, granite counters and sleek range hood all work together to give this kitchen the wow factor! Wow!
Features included:
Fieldstone Cabinets, Bristol, flat panel style with a full overlay. Color: Maple with a caramel stain.
Colonial Espresso granite countertops
Stainless steel appliance
Custom built Wainscot in Dining Room.

What Do I Need To Do To Sell My House In Laveen Arizona

You want to sell your Laveen house, and you want to get top dollar.
Excellent!
But “What do I need to do to sell my house in Laveen“?
Woman holding tablet pc with question marks hiding her face
Here are some tips on how to get your home ready to sell if you’re looking for top dollar that the market will bear:
*NOTE: These instructions are if you’re looking to get full retail value for your house sale. However, if you don’t want to do the things below… or don’t have the time or money to do the things below… you can still sell your Laveen house fast for a fair value in a win-win sale that’ll save you time and expense.
What Do I Need To Do To Sell My House In Laveen Arizona - Cleaning the Floor
2) Cultivate a cohesive, neutral style. You don’t have to paint everything off-white. In fact, some subtle colors can really help change the perception of spaces – for example, a soft yellow will help brighten up a dark kitchen, while a deep dark blue or green will help a bright bedroom to feel like a calm place to sleep (but be careful, dark colors will also make rooms feel small).
Spend the money to get high-quality paint and professional help. Subconsciously people will pay more money for a property with just the right colors and very neat lines – it makes the home feel better built, even though it’s just paint.
Optical illusions are real, and psychologists study this stuff. Don’t believe me?
Look it up. And don’t neglect the outside and just do the inside, or anything else that’s unbalanced.
3) Fix or replace anything that’s broken. Yeah, it might feel like a waste of money to spend an extra couple hundred bucks on a dishwasher that someone else might just pull out and replace again. But really, quite a few buyers will get a home inspection and use the opportunity to negotiate with you. As the seller, you’ll often end up paying more if you try to hide neglected maintenance from the purchaser – and of course you don’t want to be guilty of fraud.
Make sure you stay in compliance with all the laws.
It’s often a good use of money to hire a home inspector to come through before you put the property on the market. If you ask in advance, they’ll often charge you a tiny rate to come back after you’ve done a bunch of minor repairs and deliver you a clean bill of health. Prospective buyers love to see an independent report on the condition of the house – it makes them feel very comfortable with the purchase.
4) Make only the necessary improvements. The biggest mistake people make when getting their house ready to sell is over-improving. They often spend too much money on customized frills that can’t be recovered in the sale.
Paint is about the only safe investment – it’s easy to overspend on almost everything else, and it’s easy to get ripped off by unscrupulous contractors.
It’s important to know what improvements will produce a return on investment to avoid wasting money.
5) Get expert opinions. You should definitely find at least a few decent real estate brokers who will help you price your property, but be honest with them. If you’re going to market the property on your own, don’t make enemies by lying about your intentions. Great brokers are rare, but they make more money for their clients than they earn.
6) Have a really great marketing plan. Again, great brokers earn their value by doing this work and spreading the advertising expenses across many clients. It’s pretty expensive and time-consuming to start from scratch on your own, but if you’re already a marketing expert you’re ahead of the pack.
If you’re not, spend the time listening to what the best brokers do to sell houses in Laveen – just to educate yourself on the options.

Don’t Want To Do The Things Above Yourself? But Still Want To Sell Your Laveen Arizona House Fast?
While everyone wants to get as much as they possibly can from their house sale… not everyone can do the things or wants to do the things required to sell it at full retail value to an end buyer.
Doing the repairs, cleaning the property up, upgrading the property, marketing the property… those all take money and can take lots of time.
If you have the funds to do these things... AND you can wait the 3-9 months it takes to sell houses in this market… then you’ll be better off financially to do those things then list it on the MLS (the main property listing service that real estate agents use).
If you don’t have the funds to do these things... AND can’t wait months to sell your house… then you may be a perfect fit for our local Laveen house buying service. You’ll submit basic info about your house over here on our website, we’ll evaluate your house, we’ll make you a fair all-cash offer on your house, and you can decide if it’s a fit for you.

Typical of bungalows and city lots, the footprint of this home was narrow with living spaces in front, bedrooms in back and kitchen centrally located. However, unlike most bungalows, the hall running from front to back have been closed off to, presumably, accommodate a walk-in pantry. Couple that with the fact that this circa 1925 bungalow had seen a lot of living – read boisterous children and remodeling trends like z-brick, soffits, and fluorescent overhead lighting – the kitchen was due for a major overhaul.
Truly the hub of this house, the modest 11’ x 12’ kitchen was most in need of additional countertop space, convenient garbage/recycle bin, counter-depth refrigerator, storage aids, informal dining for two, and sound-proofing to enable this musically adept family to coexist despite varied schedules.
Gone are the wall soffits, boxy overhead lighting, six-foot baseboard heat unit, extra deep refrigerator, refurbished cabinets, laminate countertops, z-brick wall covering, and makeshift door swags. Enter rich mahogany cabinets, roll and pull-out storage units, endcap spice storage, gorgeous granite tops, marble backsplash, LED lighting, acoustic insulation and solid-wood doors.
Under the guise of such a handsome room, provisions such as a period style sink allow for more efficient use of corners with pull-out half-moon trays for storage. Redirecting the baseboard heat to a compact, toekick unit, means more cabinet and counter space – perfect for a baking and/or entertaining area removed from the basic work triangle. The eating area, also, doubles as a work station with drawers for office supplies and dedicated outlet for cable tv. Functional yet beautiful, this kitchen is at the ready as its owners look forward to their golden years.

My laundry room was a dull neutral, but now the dark walls make the cabinetry and appliances pop. I used a few extra bookshelves from the living room to fill the gap between the uppers while being super functional for storage. I changed out the old lighting (ceiling mounted, builder basic) and place this globes with LED edison bulbs that give off a TON of light. So nice to walk in to this every evening.

his yard was transformed from a bland bilder basic to a fun and lush xeriscaped entry way. To make the yard feel bigger, we removed the driveway and used gravel from end to end, creating an open, borderless planting and patio space across the entire front yard. For extra security and privacy, a fence was added along the front, which features an automatic gate for easy use as they come and go. With the limestone facade being one of the customers least favorite features of the house, we planted fig ivy vines to grow and cover it.

This builder basic primary bathroom got a CUSTOM transformation.
