A home remodel allowed for a new hall bathroom including a window. Marble was used throughout on heated floors, shower walls and baseboard detail. Shades of blue unify the space including the strie wallpaper. The pull-out laundry hamper was an ask from the client to help keep dirty items off the bathroom floor

Major gut renovation of this coastal estate preserved its basic layout while expanding the kitchen. A veranda and a pair of gazebos were also added to the home to maximize outdoor living and the water views. The interior merged the homeowners eclectic style with the traditional style of the home. Who doesn't want to start the day in a luxurious bathroom that feels like a SPA resort!! This master bathroom is as beautiful as it is comfortable! It features an expansive custom vanity with an exotic Walnut veneer from Bellmont Cabinetry, complete with built-in linen and hamper cabinets and a beautiful make-up seating area. It also has a massive open shower area with a freestanding tub where the faucet fills the tub cascading down from the ceiling!!! There's also a private toilet room with a built in cabinet for extra storage. Every single detail was designed to precision! Designed by Polly Nunes in collaboration with Rian & Alyssa's Heim. The "main room" in the apartment had to serve multiple functions - a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, as well as a place to store items like our client's bicycle. Because space was tight, we used a small bistro table so that our client could sit with one other person (or more by pulling up other chairs) and enjoy a meal. By using a wall mounted bike rack that also incorporated some storage for his helmet + lock, we were able to save some space, and love the way that it highlights our client's graffiti art purchased on the streets of NYC!
