We built it in one piece, filling an entire semi-trailer for transport. It lives in the hospital lobby, and no appointment is needed to experience it yourself. In Raleigh, North Carolina, we installed a 36-foot white oak slide in a custom home. The client loved it so much they ordered a second one—literally 15 minutes after we finished the installation. When Clyde returned to the office, there was already a check in the mailbox for slide number two. This 14,000-square-foot home now features 72 linear feet of curved white oak slide: one connecting the second floor to the main level, another linking the main floor to the finished basement. Juxtaposing a Southern Colorado setting with a Moorish feel, North Star Ranch explores a distinctive Mediterranean architectural style in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The owner raises cutting horses, but has spent much of her free time traveling the world. She has brought art and artifacts from those journeys into her home, and they work in combination to establish an uncommon mood. The stone floor, stucco and plaster walls, troweled stucco exterior, and heavy beam and trussed ceilings welcome guests as they enter the home. Open spaces for socializing, both outdoor and in, are what those guests experience but to ensure the owner's privacy, certain spaces such as the master suite and office can be essentially 'locked off' from the rest of the home. Even in the context of the region's extraordinary rock formations, North Star Ranch conveys a strong sense of personality.

A high performance private home theater creates an escape for these clients to enjoy movies in the privacy and comfort of their home. Extensive performance engineering and acoustical design was coordinated with the interior design by Paradise Theater, resulting in a truly bespoke experience. Mixed seating was selected to allow for casual comfort in the front row, with more traditional theater seating in the rear, providing the best of both worlds! This was a challenging room from a performance standpoint; remodel construction, odd shaped room architecture, existing hvac ducts running across one side of the room, a window on one side, a laundry room adjacent to the theater, the list went on! Paradise Theater assessed the conditions, specified and designed an appropriate sound isolation system and designed every detail of the room to guarantee an extraordinary experience for our clients.

This historic home built for Alexander Penny in Webster Groves in the year 1885 is a vision of exceptional craftsmanship and quality materials. The current owner has put copious amounts of time into the home in order to restore and revitalize it for contemporary living. C&M Interiors designed this luxury bathing space in what used to be a small bedroom. Paying close attention to detail and finish they were able to achieve a well designed master suite that will act as a retreat for enjoying serenity and an extraordinary bathing experience.
