Once a chicken coop now a cottage. The little out building was scrubbed and white washed on the interior. The internal structure was left exposed for rustic charm. A home office was converted into a full service sports bar. This room has space to seat 20. It has three televisions, a refrigerated wine room, a fireplace and even a secret door. The countertop is zinc, the ceiling tiles are authentic stamped tin. Behind the counter are taps for two kegs, soda machine, custom ice makers, glass chillers and a full professional service bar. There's a cocktail station with integrated drains, refrigeration drawers, and a dedicated dishwasher. Why leave the house?

A french country master bathroom with book matched stone slab walls in the shower, and white tile mosaic floor. The white marble continues across the countertops and beaded inset cabinets. Shower diverters allow a choice between rain head and wall shower, depending on your mood. There's plenty of room to have a seat and relax or chat while you get ready.
