The project started with an open kitchen floor plan with a connected living and dining room. We worked closely with Aspen Leaf to design the cabinets, layout and finishes including a shimmering backsplash of Ann Sacks 1x2-inch tile, and a dramatic, custom-crafted hood.

Just enough space to squeeze in two loungers. A white on white palette paired nicely with the new copper gutters and the all white pergola that attached into the new header for the new bifold doors.

A 1400 sq/ft rooftop deck is this families "backyard." Set with a soaring 360 degree view of the beach, mountains and surrounding hillsides this space is the ultimate outdoor hang spot. With plenty of space to kick a soccer ball, read in the shade and enjoy the hot tub we maximized this previously empty space and made it a central part of the home.

A tropical garden was planted throughout the property. Big leaf elephant ears, palms, monstera, philodendron and agave were used.
