This modern farmhouse kitchen remodel in Leucadia features a combination of gray lower cabinets and white uppers with brass hardware and pendant lights. White oak floating shelves and leather counter stools add warmth and texture to the space. We used matte black fixtures to compliment the windows and tied them in with the wall sconces.

We have two dogs and a toddler (with another baby on the way!) so we wanted something that would be durable but would match our style a bit more! We did Oil Nut Bay in Charcoal. From my first visit to your work room to working with Billy over email, you made the process so easy! I really appreciated the honest feedback and opinions on the different styles we liked and if it would fit our lifestyle with dogs and kids at home. We must have had a dozen samples sent to us over the 2 months we worked together and it was just so easy to work with you virtually. The sellers most frequent feedback was "how to use this space?" I decided to turn it into a conversation room for morning coffee, evening wine, bookreading, birdwatching, etc. I specially ordered these blue chairs to give the space a great pop of color and anchored with a round area rug and small table and bought the faux palm on summer end clearance!

Not ones to wait for the lush days of Spring, they are alreadying enjoying the outdoors with a little inspiration from Ocean Bottega. There’s a little caveat to this project and that is when I posted a previous project on Facebook, Page 137, I got some feedback that referred to the project as “so Republican!” I laughed a lot, tipped my hat, and decided to name this project “The Democrats’!
