This is a gorgeous hilltop home in Hillsborough, California that we Feng Shui'ed and designed back in 2011. The colors in each room were chosen to specifically pump up that area and in turn, the homeowners, from a Feng Shui standpoint.

This was a small garden that we Feng Shui'ed and completely redesigned. The theme was a xeriscape - with drought tolerant, native species to California. Jennifer designed the Feng Shui aspects of the garden, and Briana Lyon provided the horticultural knowledge. We also designed their atrium to be an indoor/outdoor space with plants, and seating areas. Our clients (and their dog) love the finished product. Now they have strawberries, and artichokes coming straight from the garden. They also get a fair amount of hummingbirds visiting their fountain. This is an eclectic space, which colorfully pumps up the Feng Shui of the homeowners, while giving them a zen place to relax.

We created this glorious retreat for our homeowners, who live with 3 kids, 2 giant golden retrievers, and 2 cats. After assessing the Feng Shui and coming up with a design plan, we designed a serene space that encouraged romance and peace. The Carrara marble in the main bathroom is timeless, and really bounces the light around. We used all British faucets, sinks, and a soaking tub, complete with English tub filler. The deal was, the husband got a huge walk-in shower, and his wife got her bathtub. Everyone is happy!

This was a collaborative project that began in December 2020 and recently completed in 2021. Our team included Dr. Miriam Pineles, DACM, LAc, Laura Cerrano, Certified Feng Shui Expert of Feng Shui Manhattan, and a local interior designer. This project combined modern-day/traditional Feng Shui with interior design principles.

Our client hired us to give her Feng Shui, design, and staging advice for her home to sell. After the Feng Shui and staging advice, the condo sold in 9 days. Performing a Feng Shui consultation on a home for sale is completely different from assessing a home where people are living. Basically, a home for sale has to have "objectively good Feng Shui", whereas when you consider a home with people, you must look at the intersection of the home and the people -- maximizing their use and enjoyment of the home.
