Keeping with the mahogany theme we installed mahogany stair newel posts, rails and spindles. We also used mahogany for the stair skirts and risers and installed the heart pine flooring throughout including heart pine treads. For all the walls in the house we installed tongue and groove pine.

This is the racking installed at the back wall. It is a true radius curve wine rack with a high reveal display row. Wine Cellar Specialists made sure that the material for the racking was durable, beautiful, and resistant to warping. To ensure that the conditions in the wine room are stable, they chose our WM3600 split cooling system. They installed it above the tabletop on the left wall. This contemporary home features two striking staircases with integrated LED lighting, glass railing, and thick wood treads. The color-changing LEDs shift from red to blue to yellow, transforming the staircases into dynamic focal points throughout the day. Wood treads and handrails are paired with frameless glass balustrades secured by black pins. Open risers amplify the LED lighting effect while maximizing transparency. The first-level staircase uses cantilevered and field-supported construction, while the second rises on dual metal stringers.
