New western red cedar roof for this traditional Cape Cod residence with a multi-pitched Gabel Roof including multiple dormers. In addition, we also reroofed the Pool House. All valleys and protrusions were flashed with copper; we maintained the original chimney flashing after placing new mortar as required.

Traditional copper chimney flashing detail on this expansive 3,700 square foot western red cedar installation on this sizable cross gable roof. This Killingworth, CT home has multiple dormers and chimneys; we installed chromated copper arsenate treated 18" perfection shingles manufactured by Watkins Saw Mill. We flashed protrusions and valleys with traditional copper flashing. In addition, we repointed all three fieldstone chimneys.

This siding is SBC brand white cedar shingles. The color is Cape Cod Gray that was factory applied. All of the trim was replaced with PVC, then primed and two finish coats of paint applied. The windows are Andersen "A" series with simulated divided lite grilles.

Another great client with a great roof system. We’re really proud of this project, it presented many challenges. The customer was in a time crunch to get the work done. We where able to get the permits, inspections, and do the job in a 2 week window. The project came out great. Our team is awesome.
