This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

This new 6400 s.f. two-story split-level home lifts upward and orients toward unobstructed views of Windy Hill. The deep overhanging flat roof design with a stepped fascia preserves the classic modern lines of the building while incorporating a Zero-Net Energy photovoltaic panel system. From start to finish, the construction is uniformly energy efficient and follows California Build It Green guidelines. Many sustainable finish materials are used on both the interior and exterior, including recycled old growth cedar and pre-fabricated concrete panel siding.

Shannon and john have been updating their home but also wanted to start updating the bathrooms. This bathroom is part of an in law suite and they wanted to start here. Shannon wanted something cheerful and bright and John likes classic style, so off to the drawing board i went.. Here we have a bright navy blue vanity with brass hardware and yes, balck and white tile. the Vigo Shower is a show stopper as well. and that one piece toilet is just so sleek.

Ice dams wreaked havoc on this Metro West home. Ceilings, walls, floors and insulation were soaked and ruined on multiple floors. The Landmark team rebuilt the living room including refinishing damaged hardwood through to the kitchen, reinsulating, replacing the ceiling and walls and repainting. In the basement-level pool table room, water under the sub-floor had to be mitigated and the carpet replaced. The new work blends seamlessly with the rest of the home – as if the damage never happened.
