BEFORE PHOTO: Stonecrest Manor was buit by a family who created all of the upcycled features. It then ran as a Bed and Breakfast that did so well it was featured in the Washington Post. Foreclosure emptied the home and it sat for years without an owner. For the last five years, the home has been reclaimed and finishes have been updated, but none of the original upcycled features have been modified. This is the "before" of the kitchen after years in foreclosure.

Stonecrest Manor was overgrown and empty after sitting in foreclosure for years. The one plant that survived it all were the daffodils and there are thousands of them. Amy Renea

Mid Century Modern Renovation - nestled in the heart of Arapahoe Acres. This home was purchased as a foreclosure and needed a complete renovation. To complete the renovation - new floors, walls, ceiling, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing and heating system were redone or replaced. The kitchen and bathroom also underwent a complete renovation - as well as the home exterior and landscaping. Many of the original details of the home had not been preserved so Kimberly Demmy Design worked to restore what was intact and carefully selected other details that would honor the mid century roots of the home.
