Charter poured a new concrete retaining wall complete with tie back anchors into the hillside to properly holdback the hillside and the client's house! New pin piles can be seen attached to the foundation to support the house while the wall was being constructed.

This project was a complete tear down and replacement dock on a small lake in Berthoud. We used our EM1 machine to install 10 piers as a foundation over the water. It was a very unique project which showcased the versatility of our equipment and piers.
