Before: pantry in Wesley Chapel, FL prior to organization. Overstuffed wire shelving with no system, mixed items, and limited accessibility — transformed by Neat Nathalie into a fully labeled, category-sorted pantry designed for everyday ease.

This modern home wine cellar has seamless glass walls and doors, which allows our clients and their guests to view the wines without obstruction.
Wine Cellar Specialists used thermally insulated glass panels to prevent condensation from forming on the glass, wine racks, wine labels, walls, as well as in the ceiling.

The long counter left of the sink free from base cabinets to make a laundry sorting center with room for 3 hamper baskets, labeled according to laundry load type: Light, Dark, and Gentle. After much online searching for perfectly-sized hampers, the homeowner ran an errand at WalMart and found exactly what she needed there!

These high school sweethearts searched their hometown for a house that would fit their active young family, ultimately deciding to tear an older house down to make way for a gracious, elegant home that will last for generations. The furnishings add a colorful vibrancy to neutral walls, lots of molding, and gorgeous wood floors. To save on the budget, we re-purposed some existing furniture by repainting and changing out hardware. The entry and dining room set the tone for a fun house where dogs and kids are welcome.

Pantry organization is key in a small space. This 3 foot wide pantry originally had three shelves. With double the shelves, the homeowner can easily locate smaller items. When organizing, remember the end of the box has a descriptive label. Food boxes can be stood up or laid on their side to better use the space available. Referencing the wife and 3 daughters for which the house was named, four distinct but cohesive design criteria were considered for the 2016 renovation of the circa 1890, three story masonry rowhouse:
1. To keep the significant original elements – such as
the grand stair and Lincrusta wainscoting.
2. To repurpose original elements such as the former
kitchen pocket doors fitted to their new location on
the second floor with custom track.
3. To improve original elements - such as the new "sky
deck" with its bright green steel frame, a new
kitchen and modern baths.
4. To insert unifying elements such as the 3 wall
benches, wall openings and sculptural ceilings.
