This room used to be a catch-all laundry/storage/mudroom so we had to get creative in order to incorporate all of those features while adding a fully functioning eat-in kitchen. Using smaller appliances allowed us to capture more space for cabinetry and by stacking the cabinets and washer/dryer (relocated to the rear service foyer) we managed to meet all the requirements. We installed salvaged Heart of Pine floors to match the originals in the adjacent kitchen and chose a neutral finish palette that will be easy to maintain.

This is evident in the striking blues and grays of the marble countertops and backsplash, as well as the dark navy hue of the built-in cabinets. White lower cabinets create two-tone contrast, while glass cabinets and a long wood open shelf make the most of the available height. The built-in cabinets also include built-in appliances: an espresso maker, coffee machine, two side-by-side wine fridges, and even an integrated refrigerator paneled to match the cabinetry for an essentially seamless look. The cabinets are all push-to-open, eliminating knobs to complete the overall sleek, contemporary style. We recently completed a bathroom remodel for a local vision clinic, transforming the space into a clean, welcoming, and highly functional environment for patients and staff. The update included new luxury vinyl plank flooring for durability and easy maintenance, along with new vanity sinks and cabinetry to provide improved storage and a refreshed look. We also installed new toilets and added classic beadboard detailing to enhance the overall aesthetic. Designed for Little Sleepies, a family apparel brand, this 10,000-square-foot office renovation in Hollywood, California transformed an empty commercial space into a warm, functional workplace for both staff and visitors. The project was planned as a workplace interior that supports daily operations while creating a more inviting and usable office environment.
