Bunk Room:
It's not just for the kids! Without exception, this is the most talked about bedroom in the house. Although the space was designed for the younger generations with it's dual, steel & wood, built in twin & full bunk beds, built in 12ft long window seat and PS3 gaming system complete with game library, we keep hearing that adults are equally enamored with the space.
This large room can sleep 4-6 in the built in bunk beds and easily 1-2 more in the 12ft long window seat area.
Appointed with playful, woodland creature bedding, custom fitted, memory foam mattresses, local art & all of the electronic creature comforts one could hope for, the bunk room at Evermore is a playful, woodland retreat for all ages.

This room posed an interesting challenge, as it is the main entry point from the street and consists of five different doorways; to two different bedrooms, the laundry room, the bathroom, and the front porch. Considering these factors, we chose to utilize this space as an open home office. It's central location in the overall floor plan seemed like a logical place to put someone though the course of the workday.
To make it feel more casual, inviting, and dynamic we added lots of seating and different points of interest, such as a music and game library, in addition to a reading library. The green velvet couch and additional seating in front of the fireplace felt like a great place to spend the evenings without the distraction of a television.

This room really speaks about the family and their devotion for books. This is quite the collection! And that light fixture! It's an amazing piece of art and works perfectly for this space.
I see some classic novels in the mix; the Hardy Boys in the bottom left and I am sure there is some Lord of the Rings and the Harry Potter series in the mix. Some board games on the bottom shelves as well. Nothing better than seeing a full home library such as this, well in my mind at least!
What do you think of the light fixture?

camilleriparismode projects and design team were approached to rethink a previously unused double height room in a wonderful villa. the lower part of the room was planned as a sitting and dining area, the sub level above as a tv den and games room. as the occupants enjoy their time together as a family, as well as their shared love of books, a floor-to-ceiling library was an ideal way of using and linking the large volume. the large library covers one wall of the room spilling into the den area above. it is given a sense of movement by the differing sizes of the verticals and shelves, broken up by randomly placed closed cupboards. the floating marble fireplace at the base of the library unit helps achieve a feeling of lightness despite it being a complex structure, while offering a cosy atmosphere to the family area below. the split-level den is reached via a solid oak staircase, below which is a custom made wine room. the staircase is concealed from the dining area by a high wall, painted in a bold colour on which a collection of paintings is displayed.
