This home show house won best in entertainment for a reason! Catching the game (or three) will never be a problem for this basement bar. It contains glass cabinetry features, open shelves and wine nooks. The backsplash was a copper color that complimented the porcelain floor. Appliances included a microwave/convection oven and 2 sets of refrigerator drawers-one containing a freezer on top with an ice maker.

Artificial grass requires no mowing, watering, or fertilizing. Dog urine won't stain or discolor the artificial grass. Clean ups on artificial grass are easier than on natural grass. If you're tired of re-sodding year after year due to your dogs then consider an artificial grass dog run from PlushGrass. Additionally, your dog(s) won't track dust or mud into the house with an artificial lawn or dog run area.

This sleek modern space was designed with a young professional in mind. Its open feel would fit perfectly in a loft space or a downtown condo. The kitchen’s door style is what really sets the tone as its beauty lies in its simplicity, with straight lines and right angles. And while the cabinetry is clean and understated, the mix of the painted white and the deep brown finishes give the kitchen character.
Perfect for a cocktail party, the Island serves as gathering space to enjoy appetizers. The peninsula is situated next to wine shelves and would work great as a drink station. Practical as well as fun, the butt door cabinets just above the sink to the left allow for an open space when both cabinet doors are open as there’s no center rail on the cabinet frame. This option offers homeowners the added convenience of easily storing wide awkward items such as serving platters and board games.
Getting ready for the party is easier too, with several smart storage features. For example, a pegged deep drawer organizer provides ample width and depth as well as a special peg board bottom which allows homeowners to keep pots and pans organized. With a drawer organizer next to the stove you won’t have to fumble around to find the utensil you need. And a swing out Lazy Susan makes retrieving items from the awkward corner area a breeze.

This lower level bar is the focal center for a busy family of five. Spending Michigan summers on the lake and entertaining friends and family sets the need for a design that allows for quick access and easy service. With a 42" raised bar, the kitchen area is concealed. Glass cabinets and stacked stone backsplash keep the focus on the latest playoff game while the undercounter ice maker help to always have drinks on hand.

With a fitness room, lounge, bar, game room, golf room and sport court – it won’t be hard to make your home the place to be on weekends or Friday nights after “Game Day”.

While kitchens and bathrooms are focal points for buyers, they won’t ignore the rest of the home — and neither should you. The work-from-home revolution has changed what buyers are looking for in a home purchase, and the result is an increased focus on flex spaces and living spaces.
Living spaces can include areas both small and grand. They can also have a multitude of purposes, but regardless of how they are used, they should be up-to-date and modern before the house goes on the market.
Flex spaces are rooms that serve multiple purposes. That means the square footage is set up in such a way that it can be adapted to changing needs, interests, and lifestyles without extensive modifications. A flex space could be turned into a home office, game room, exercise room, and more. To highlight the versatility of these areas, it is important to update flex spaces before selling.

This all white galley kitchen is crisp and bright. The backsplash is handmade porcelain white subway tiles with a crackle finish, which is a perfect accent for the white quartz counters and white cabinets. The bumped-out sink is housed in a furniture-grade valance and adds another dimension to the space. Storage is the name of the game in this kitchen, including convenient drawers under the range. Oiled bronze lighting and galvanized steel cabinet pulls complete this room’s sleek look.
This farmhouse style home in West Chester is the epitome of warmth and welcoming. We transformed this house’s original dark interior into a light, bright sanctuary. From installing brand new red oak flooring throughout the first floor to adding horizontal shiplap to the ceiling in the family room, we really enjoyed working with the homeowners on every aspect of each room. A special feature is the coffered ceiling in the dining room. We recessed the chandelier directly into the beams, for a clean, seamless look. We maximized the space in the white and chrome galley kitchen by installing a lot of custom storage. The pops of blue throughout the first floor give these room a modern touch.

This farmhouse style home was already lovely and inviting. We just added some finishing touches in the kitchen and expanded and enhanced the basement. In the kitchen we enlarged the center island so that it is now five-feet-wide. We rebuilt the sides, added the cross-back, “x”, design to each end and installed new fixtures. We also installed new counters and painted all the cabinetry. Already the center of the home’s everyday living and entertaining, there’s now even more space for gathering. We expanded the already finished basement to include a main room with kitchenet, a multi-purpose/guestroom with a murphy bed, full bathroom, and a home theatre. The COREtec vinyl flooring is waterproof and strong enough to take the beating of everyday use. In the main room, the ship lap walls and farmhouse lantern lighting coordinates beautifully with the vintage farmhouse tuxedo bathroom. Who needs to go out to the movies with a home theatre like this one? With tiered seating for six, featuring reclining chair on platforms, tray ceiling lighting and theatre sconces, this is the perfect spot for family movie night!
