A luxury residence in Tahoe, California featuring wire-brushed select Bavarian Oak wide-plank wood floors in a custom finish. The "select" indicates that the wood planks that were chosen show fewer knots and distressing.
Arrigoni Woods specializes in wide-plank wood flooring, both recycled and engineered. Our wood comes from old-growth Western European forests that are sustainably managed. Arrigoni's uniquely engineered wood (which has the look and feel of solid wood) features a trio of layered engineered planks, with a middle layer of transversely laid vertical grain spruce, providing a solid core.

The rear patio features a lovely view of the surrounding trees and down to the riverfront. The open patio area is perfect for a chat around the fire pit or game of cornhole.

Designed with gathering at its core, the family room at our Windswept in Wellesley project was created to comfortably accommodate a large, active household. Two oversized sofas provide ample seating, anchored by a generous coffee table that invites everything from casual lounging to puzzles and games spread out for the afternoon.
While the adjoining living room embraces lighter greens and blues, the family room leans into a richer, more saturated palette. Deep blues are balanced with softer earth tones, creating a space that feels both grounded and welcoming. A large custom rug anchors the room, thoughtfully selected for its durability and ability to stand up to daily life.
Layered details bring warmth and character—plaid on an accent chair, custom pillows in varied patterns, and subtly striped curtains add depth without overwhelming the space. The result is a room that feels relaxed yet refined, designed for real life and ready to be lived in every day.

Architect designed timeless contemporary home nestled in a secluded Gordon Head property with stunning ocean views. Generous overhangs formed by a pyramidal roof, shelter a snow-white exterior, formal entry and linear deck. An impressive masonry core with fireplaces opening to the great room, kitchen and games room supports a 4-sided skylight and vaulted cedar ceilings. This mid-century modernist masterpiece features a comfortable, refined upper floor plan beautifully enhanced by the use of deeply textured materials. The flexible lower level opens onto a generous patio, hot tub and mature Japanese inspired garden. A beloved family home located on a quiet lane close to excellent schools, the University of Victoria, beaches and parks. An architectural gem (designed by Roger W. Smeeth) - a must-see experience. | Karen Love* (250) 727-5868 & Robyn Wildman (250) 818-8522 | www.KarenLove.com RE/MAX Alliance |
