This table was part of staging a game room for a local real estate agent. This is a Presidential Pool Table called a Charleston. The fabric color is burgundy.

This playroom was designed to be bright, organized, and easy to use. Tall cabinets provide plenty of storage for toys, games, and supplies, while baskets keep everyday items within reach. The striped carpet adds color and pattern, and the glass doors bring in natural light.

This vibrant corner of the Beach Bungalow Guest Room balances play and art with ease. The peach-colored wall becomes a gallery for a thoughtfully arranged collage of kids' artwork, nature prints, and whimsical drawings. Below, a foldable wooden table adds versatility, while a colorful game rug grounds the space in fun. The surf-themed wallpaper peeking around the corner ties the room together with a playful coastal vibe.

Barnwood Beam Columns: Milled and reassembled in our in-house cabinet shop. Barnwood beams conceal existing steel Lally columns. Each column consists of 4 planks 8ft x 2” x 8” of reclaimed oak. Our client wanted to finish the basement of his home where he and his wife could enjoy the company of friends and family and spend time at a beautiful fully stocked bar and wine cellar, play billiards or card games, or watch a movie in the home theater. The cabinets, wine cellar racks, banquette, barnwood reclaimed columns, and home theater cabinetry were designed and built in our in-house custom cabinet shop. Our company also supplied and installed the home theater equipment.

The Fremont Stacked Storage Cubby (Qty 2) offers versatile and convenient storage for entryways, mudrooms, playrooms, children’s bedrooms, etc. Each bin measures 14.25”W x 16.75”H x 14” D which provides ample space for your books, hats, gloves, toys, games, art supplies, sports equipment and anything else your family can throw at it. Use one unit alone or stack multiple units to create a whole storage system. (Recommended to only stack 3 units high) Whether stacked high or on its own these cubbies are sturdy for everyday use and can be fixed to the wall with the safety strap provided.

ESP would like to direct your attention to the Harmony Sports Complex, they hold thousands of youth soccer and little league baseball games a year. They help financially distressed kids with sports expenses like club fees, travel costs, etc. 95% of their net revenues go towards these kids in need. We have recently put a banner in their field to support their cause, and to show the little ones we stand with them.

MOVIE watching and games now has its NEW special area. Family time or large family + community gatherings have plenty of room to spread out yet be warm and cozy with essentials organized close by in large built ins. This 12 year old lakeside home gets a refresh and make over with 5 walls of custom stain grade wood built-ins for kitchen, bar, wine, coffee, tea, desert service,books, food pantry supplies, hobby supplies, game and media stoirage and social gathering storage items.

Our client wanted an open concept space in a long narrow home that left original textures and details untouched. A brick wall was exposed as a walnut kitchen and floor-to-ceiling glazing were added. Highlights are a Beni Ourain Moroccan rug from the Atlas Mountains and a CH-25 chair from our favourite Scandinavian furniture designer Hans Wegner.Construction by Greening Homes

All of the equipment works seamlessly with the URC TRC-1080 universal remote controller that DTV provided and programmed for the client so that it could perform all of his favorite functions. One of the great features of the easy-to-use TRC-1080 that worked particularly well for this gaming room installation is quick-connect Wi-Fi. DTV wasn‘t done yet. We supplied and installed a complete Lutron Radio RA-2 lighting control system, including Lutron RRD6CL dimmers in the basement. This allows the client to control his all lights from an app on his phone or the TRC-1080 remote control, or by asking Amazon Alexa to do it for him. Additionally, we programmed the system for full “scene” control, so if the client presses “Play Game” on his remote the TV, Sonos audio and gaming system will all turn on, and the lights will dim to 20%. A week after DTV Installations finished the work, the client called – not because of a problem but because he was so thrilled with the URC controller that he wanted two more, for his home theater and his family room. We were delighted to come back and set up the extra controllers, and he was delighted with the work done by DTV Installations.
