A bathroom never looked so good….What a cool use of our classic bulkhead sconces! No matter the location, our B-1 adds just the right nautical detail. Our traditional bulkhead sconce has been a best seller for years as it can seamlessly transition between a durable nautical lamp and an industrial sconce. Its recently been updated to include an optional mounting bracket that will attach & cover a standard j-box. Our 90 degree ship light also includes a rubber gasket and always comes UL listed. This solid brass dock light has been compared to the backbay wallmount, Carson Wall Sconce, Tolston, RW Starboard Sconce and the Groton light. Private installations include projects on Block Island and Lake Michigan, as well as the Village Club of Sands Point and Jupiter Yacht Club.

This bathroom was remodeled for wheelchair accessibility in mind. We made a roll under vanity with a tilting mirror and granite counter tops with a towel ring on the side. A barrier free shower and bidet were installed with accompanying grab bars for safety and mobility of the client.

Zola Windows now offers its PanoramicView Lift & Slide with greater design flexibility, slimmer frames and improved airtightness for high-performance building envelopes. The fixed glass portion is completely frameless, offering a sleek profile to enhance the minimalist look. The operable sliding sash now has a sash width of only 3.5” but can carry an enormous, 8’ high by 10’ wide panel of glass, offering maximized views using wide uninterrupted expanses of glass. Adding to the versatility of wide expanse glass with minimized interruption at corners, the PanoramicView Lift & Slide has a superior visible light transmittance of 71%. For improved energy performance, U=0.07 glazing is available for this system. R-11 triple glazing is standard, dual glazing (Classic Clad, R-5) and quad glazing (R-15) is also available.
