This once was a small cluttered space so we decided to open the floor plan up and give this space a bit of contemporary flare. We created small rooms with soft plantings within the surrounding perimeter walls. porcelain tiles in the Kitchen area. repainted existing doors to add a splash of color. Gorgeous living wall adds privacy and acts as a sound barrier from a busy alley. This space has an industrial/modern style but still feels cozy for a truly unique outdoor experience. Designed and installed by Rooftopia

This brick and limestone, 6,000-square-foot residence exemplifies understated elegance. Located in the award-wining Blaine School District and within close proximity to the Southport Corridor, this is city living at its finest! The foyer, with herringbone wood floors, leads to a dramatic, hand-milled oval staircase; an architectural element that allows sunlight to cascade down from skylights and to filter throughout the house.
