Garage - garage idea in Other

We just recently completed a project for a home owner in Whitehouse Station that consisted of 2 garages. The first garage, as shown in this post, was the existing 2 car garage that was attached to the main house. As you can see it was coated with an epoxy that was peeling and flaking off. We grinded all the failing epoxy off the surface and applied our polyaspartic concrete coating in a 1/4″ Scottish Blue trout chip finish. We also applied the same finish to there newly build detached three car garage.

Large beautiful pool and spa on the South Hill of Spokane. This pool and spa received a resurfacing (grinding and repainting) which in turn increased the visual appeal. Along with the resurfacing, the deck and coping around the pool received a new coat of Patio Tones giving the back yard an excellent pop. Brand new tile around the inside edge of pool and up the side of the spa gives the pool a outstanding appearance making this pool an absolute jewel. Equipment wise this pool was upgraded to a brand new Raypac heater that will warm the pool in a blink of an eye.

We were able grind off the existing failing overlay. We then were able to resurface over the existing ordinary concrete with our hand carved flagstone design. Project completed in Loudon Tennessee in 2017.

From the front entry foyer the rooms open into the dining room on the left, and the music room on the right. The Turkish oriental in the entry hides traffic and acts as a piece of floor art. The old hand woven carpets will hold up for thousands of years as long as they have a good pad underneath to protect the knots from grinding against the hard surface of the floor. Once the knots are ground away the carpet will start going bald and losing it's pile. It is important when considering furnishings and colors how one room leads into and relates to another. Here the pop of the raspberry colored walls is repeated in the Orientals in both the entry and in the music room/ The gold oatmeal of the custom made relaxed raw silk Roman shades in the music room relate back to the Dupioni silk drapery in the Dining Room. The entry foyer acts as a transition both in color and furniture style between the dining room and the music room.

Minimalist exterior home photo in Toronto

THIS WAS A PLAN DESIGN ONLY PROJECT. Built in North Myrtle Beach, SC, this home is a fantastic match for the Avenues of that coastal region. The Pinehurst was built for a couple who wanted elegant/casual living, with minimal exposure to the street on the side of the home. A secondary guest cottage was built over the third and fourth car garage, opening to a breezeway to the main house and outdoor living. Granting living and entertaining space within, The Pinehurst has the space for quaint times alone, but has plenty of elbow room for entertaining guests. Master Bedroom space is abundant in this home, with a second floor location at the rear, with a princess tray and luxury bathroom with all of the amenities. Four bedrooms are on the second floor with private and semi-private bathrooms. A 5th Bedroom/Study is found on the first floor off of the Living Room, with a private full bath, and a private porch for taking in the breeze when getting away from the grind. A great southern home with plenty of character and appeal.
