Ivan and his crew remodeled our 2 bathrooms and did an outstanding job. He is a great communicator and we knew where we were with progress at all times. The results were spectacular. We were not home for the remodel and felt at ease the entire time - he did exactly what he said he would and in the time frame provided. His crew is wonderful to work with. Outstanding job - we will call Rim Express for all our remodel needs. Note that pics don't convey the fabulous colors well.

We recently had RIM Express do a bathroom renovation and Butlers Pantry renovation. Ivan was great to work with! Everything was on budget and completed in a timely manner. His construction team was always courteous and left our house cleaned up every day. Very pleased with everything and will use again if needed. Highly recommend!

We have really enjoyed working with Ivan, Jelena, and Rebecca on this renovation. Unlike some we have worked with elsewhere, Ivan has been very honest in his dealings with us and has helped us to make design decisions that have been both cost-effective and innovative, while ensuring that all building codes are met or exceeded. It's also worth noting that Ivan is very accessible and has been incredibly patient when I have had trouble making up my mind. :}. Thanks, Ivan!! I will update this post when the project is complete in a couple of months, but so far it's been a terrific experience.

RIM Express Inc, Ivan, was extremely good. From the demolition to putting the kitchen back his employees and himself were great. They came over when they said they would, did the work and left. I wish I had more for them to do. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up every day they were there. I would hire them again

Ivan is a very well qualified, licensed and passionate general contractor. He’s meticulous and detailed oriented and he’s assembled a really solid team of subs for electrical, plumbing and tile work. His subs were very easy going and very personable and after each day of work, they always left the workspace tidy and clean. We presented Ivan with a master bath remodel design and plan, provided all the materials including purchasing the vanity, lighting and plumbing fixtures, shower tile, etc and Ivan and team provided all the labor and execution. The contract called for a 3-4 week job and the remodel took just a few days into the 5th week so all in all, we were very pleased with the scheduling/timing and more importantly, the quality of workmanship. Our bathroom is gorgeous, especially our shower which turned out incredibly and we completed the entire project on excellent terms and we now consider Ivan as our friend...which in this market, is hard to accomplish. We have other remodel projects in our home as well as with our investment property and our decision to move forward on those projects has just become much easier. We would NOT hesitate to use Ivan again.

This was the only company that truly listened to our vision and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. Our home was old, worn out and run down and RIM Express, Inc helped bring back life to our new, fresh, modern beach home which we will love being in from this point forward. RIM Express` attention to detail and fulfillment of specifications was complete from the beginning to the end of the job. The owner of RIM Express Inc , Ivan Radosavljevic is trustworthy, courteous and hardworking. He went to every length to communicate with us throughout the project and was constantly in touch with us throughout the process making an extra effort in many after-hours situations to relay updates and to coordinate with us fully as we were absent throughout the most of the remodeling project . The end result was everything and more than we were hoping for. We would highly recommend Ivan and RIM Express for any remodeling or building projects and we are currently working with him to spec out additional outside work to our house given our overall level of satisfaction with the work performed for us so far.
